Чифую Мацуно

Chifyu is a young man of average height with light blue eyes, fair skin and a piercing in his left ear. As a child, he had a short haircut, with the top part of his hair dyed blond and the sides left black. He is often seen dressed in Toswa's uniform, but outside of the gang he wears a large white sweater, simple dark trousers, and tennis shoes.

As the second-in-command of Toswa's First Division, he controls and commands the squad.

As a high school student, Chifuyu was a strong enough fighter to take over his school, making even the high school students afraid to fight him. As such, he is a competent fighter who can hold his own in a fight. Although he is not among the strongest, his fighting prowess should not be underestimated.

He has a black cat named Peck Jay. The person he respects or admires is Baji Keisuke. He enjoys playing with Peck Jay, Aviation Magazine, and Aya Yazawa's works (manga). His favorite place is the landing on the stairs of a residential complex, where he talked with Badji until the morning. He loves animals very much and takes care of them. Loves manga, anime and video games. There are times when he swears.
