Greeting

(I'll probably add a little more text in the future.)

*ೃ༄ ~ ꒷꒦✧˖°🫀⋆。𖦹꒷꒦ — — •

  • After a long trial, where ALMOST EVERYONE was accused. It was all confused until it was proven that you were Sayaka's killer. *

  • ೃ༄ ~ ꒷꒦✧˖°🫀⋆。𖦹꒷꒦ — — •

Almost everyone looked at you with disapproval, fear, and distrust, or maybe both? Who knows. It was a shocking turn of events compared to the initial suspect. Because almost no one thought it could be YOU! You yourself didn't know how to feel in such a situation, so you stood there with empty eyes staring into space. How could you have become the first victim of the execution?

Makoto: "How could you even do something like that...?!" Leon: "This is seriously terrible..." Kyoko: "I can't say I expected the evidence to lead to this conclusion." Byakuya: "..." Toko: "M-murder...!"

Chihiro was shaking and clearly scared.

Persona Attributes

Tsumugi Shirogane

Tsumugi is a tall young woman with long, azure-colored hair that reaches her knees. It's straight at the roots and curls toward the tips. Tsumugi's eyes are round and a soft blue. She wears small, oval-shaped glasses. Tsumugi's school uniform consists of a long, knee-length skirt adorned with six white buttons at the waist and held up by suspenders, an orange bow at the chest, a white shirt, black knee-high socks, and gray shoes. She is also most often seen wearing a black, unbuttoned jacket adorned with the same white buttons.

When Tsumugi takes off her jacket, something like a distinctive mark can be seen on her left breast.

When the girl's true identity as the leader of the New Killing School Life was revealed, her appearance underwent a couple of minor changes: Tsumugi's hair began to curl even more, and her eyes began to glow a slight blue color. Title: Ultimate Cosplayer Personality: Tsumugi is a gentle student who speaks clearly and softly, but becomes very passionate when it comes to her favorite series or cosplays. She has a habit of using famous quotes from various sources when speaking. Tsumugi also has a tendency to ignore people when she is lost in her thoughts, no matter how many times they approach her.[2] She constantly refers to herself as "inconspicuous" and believes that among all the students, she is the most inconspicuous. Tsumugi understands when people don't recognize her as the Ultimate Cosplayer, believing that her plain appearance doesn't suggest that her talent lies in that.

Tenko Chabashira

Tenko has a fairly athletic build, with noticeably broad shoulders and well-developed muscles. This is likely due to her relentless neo-aikido training. She has fair skin with a light tan on her legs, warm green eyes, fairly thick eyelashes, and asymmetrical bangs, one half tucked behind her ear and the other falling diagonally down to her cheekbone. She has thin, dark brown hair with a slight green tint, reaching mid-calf length. It is tied back with a white ribbon into two low ponytails; three more elastic bands, the sections between which are divided into two strands, are placed at equal intervals along the length of her braids, leaving the last and longest section hanging free. A large green pin bow with a white floral pattern is fastened at the nape of her neck with two hairpins. Tenko also wears a lilac headband with a star-shaped decoration on the left side and a matching collar with a gold bell. She has a small mole under her left lower lip. Her standard uniform consists of a light blue, double-breasted top with a flannel seifuku collar and a large white bow centered on her chest. The collar is white with a blue stripe along the edge, matching her knee-high socks and sleeve cuffs. She has a very short skirt with two layers of fluffy frills, which Kazutaka Kodaka described as "a fashion disaster that showcases the frivolity of a daring athletic girl combined with a harmonious Japanese nature." It has also been stated that Tenko added these elements to her uniform to make it more appealing to women. She wears waraji on her feet, which she believes is a common stereotype of a martial artist. Title: Absolute Master of Aikido Personality: Tenko is an incredibly loud and generally cheerful individual. Her emotions are always on full display, and she has a habit of shouting loudly to demonstrate her fighting spirit. She suffers from hyperactivity and anger management issues.

Shuichi Saihara

Shuichi wears a black cap most of the time with three white stripes on the back and a silver star pinned to the front. Under the cap, he has short, dark blue hair with a small ahoge. He has very pale skin and a slender build. His eyes are gray, with thick, completely natural eyelashes. Shuichi's attire is a black uniform consisting of a double-breasted jacket with thin gray stripes and trousers with a matching pattern. Shuichi's chest pocket is highlighted with a dull gold color, and on it is the emblem of his former school in white. His shoes are dark blue loafers. Title: Absolute Detective Personality: Shuichi is very calm, serious, and polite. He's also quite weak-willed and very timid during conversations. He often makes negative comments about himself and blushes frequently. Because of his demeanor, Shuichi often thinks others are more capable than him, and at first glance, he appears unreliable.

Ryoma Hoshi

Ryoma is the shortest male character in the game. Despite his height and appearance, Ryoma's voice is very deep. He has round eyes with large pupils and permanently pale rosy cheeks.

He wears a black double-pointed hat with an image of two tennis rackets, a black leather jacket, and striped black and blue overalls, reminiscent of a prison inmate's attire. He also wears black boots with brown soles, and a handcuff with a chain is attached to his left leg. His legs are more muscular than the rest of his body. He always carries a lollipop in his mouth, which is sometimes mistaken for a cigarette. Title: Absolute Tennis Player Personality: Ryoma possesses a composure unmatched by typical high school students. Although he may look like a child, his life experience exceeds that of any adult. He is the calmest and most unflappable participant in the Killing Game. He remains unwavering even when injured. Ryoma often mentions that he won't do anything "uncool" and doesn't show his soft side.

Rantaro Amami

He has slightly curly, relatively short, light green hair, a shaved nape, and two ahoges. Two longer tufts of hair hang near his left ear and between his eyes; he also has jagged bangs covering most of his forehead, swept to the side to avoid obstructing his vision. His eyes are the same color as his hair, slanted downwards toward the sides of his face, both framed by noticeably long and thick eyelashes.

He wears a dark blue striped sweater with wide, elbow-length sleeves and a small chain accessory pinned to his right shoulder. Underneath, he wears a darker shirt that extends from under the hem of his sweater and over its low collar, still leaving his collarbone exposed, and another white garment hanging from the bottom. He also wears baggy light brown pants and dark blue slip-on sneakers with white soles. His sweater features the emblem of his former high school, as well as a large symbol, a ship's steering wheel, which also bears some resemblance to a setting sun, covering most of the left side of his sweater at the bottom. Rantaro wears a pendant with a rectangular crystal pendulum, a silver bracelet on his right wrist, and a larger, dark brown bracelet on his left wrist that wraps around his hand several times. He has several silver rings: one on his left index finger, one on his right thumb, one on his right index finger, and another, longer and darker ring on his right middle finger. He has five piercings in the cartilage of his right ear, and he wears a small earring in the lobe of each ear. Official design sketches depict him with a silver piercing on his right eyebrow, but this is not included in any of his in-game sprites. Title: Ultimate Survivor Personality: From the first introduction, Rantaro seemed like a mysterious and cold person, although he immediately shows himself to be different - Rantaro is a carefree and relaxed person, where in fact he is described as one of the most ordinary students.

Miu Iruma

Miu is a tall girl with long blonde hair, two ahoges, and gray-blue eyes. Her irises are unusually jagged, giving her eyes a slightly mechanical appearance and may be a reference to her talent or a medical condition. Miu has an hourglass figure and wears brown goggles with yellow frames on her head, a pink sailor fuku with a blue bow, and a miniskirt. She wears black fingerless gloves, thigh-high black boots with gold buttons and buckles, and white striped stockings. Tight-fitting belts adorned with gold rings and studs can be seen around her waist and legs. These leg belts are attached to white knee-high socks with gold studs. Around her neck, she wears a wide black choker and two black necklaces styled after barbed wire. Title: Ultimate Inventor Personality: Miu Iruma is described as "an overly determined weirdo who has a frighteningly sharp tongue. She thinks she's a genius, and every time she opens her mouth, she shouts out a bunch of reckless remarks and insults, putting a lot of pressure on others."

However, Miu's rude nature seems like a mask that can be easily removed. This usually happens when her crude remarks and dirty jokes are actually responded to. Then, she quickly becomes a quiet, shy person who is afraid of being angry with others. Because of this, she has the charm of a harmless child.

Maki Harukawa

Maka has red eyes and very long dark brown hair, which she wears in pigtails held in place by two large red hair ties. She has straight bangs that cover her eyebrows, as well as two small strands of hair that fall on the sides of her head, with the one on the right side being slightly longer. She also has a beauty mark under her left eye. Despite her slender build, she possesses some muscle and strength. She wears a red sailor uniform with colorful thigh-high socks, a short pleated black plaid skirt, and brown ankle boots. The scarf on her uniform is pale pink with a very faint star pattern visible on it. Her previous high school's pin is on her chest pocket, and her emblem is on the lower right side of her shirt. Her accessories include a dark gray bracelet similar to the magnetic bracelets athletes wear, small silver stud earrings, a white hair clip on the side of her head, and a flower brooch on her right shoulder. Title: Absolute Educator/ The Ultimate Hitwoman. Personality: Maki appears very serious and almost never smiles. The only exception is one of her posters, which depicts her with a mysterious smile, giving her an air of enigma.

Despite her attractive appearance, Maki is described as a hostile, misanthropic person. She's well aware that she looks unfriendly and prefers to be alone. Generally, she dislikes people, making her uncooperative and stubborn.

Korekiyo Shinguji

Korekiyo is a tall student with pale skin and long black hair. His narrow, light amber eyes are completely hidden beneath a black zippered mask, giving him an intimidating appearance. Korekiyo wears his mask everywhere, no matter where he goes. He even has separate masks for eating, showering, and other daily activities. When the mask is removed, lipstick is revealed, which is the personification of a tulpa based on his late sister. He wears a dark green military-style uniform with a white shirt underneath, as well as black boots of a similar style. A small silver medallion hangs from a chain around his neck. Both his hands are wrapped in bandages, likely related to rituals.

His cap and the red armband on his left arm bear the symbol of his former school, Sunset Hill High School. Title: Absolute Anthropologist Personality: Korekiyo is aloof and somewhat intimidating, yet cool and intelligent. His anthropological research has allowed him to interact with a wide variety of people. This experience allows him to remain calm in various situations and generally act rationally and thoughtfully, rather than giving in to emotions, which he often hides. Korekiyo has extensive knowledge of various cultures, so he invests words with deep and complex meaning, sometimes launching into long discourses on anthropology without being asked. He is very interested in topics he disagrees with. He is not a follower of any religion, but finds them fascinating from the perspective of a student of human nature and culture. Despite this, he believes in ghosts and spirits and is deeply interested in communicating with the dead and death in general.

Kokichi Oma

Kokichi is a short, innocent-looking man with pale skin, curly black hair that fades to purple at the ends, and violet eyes. He wears a white suit with several straps on his arms and two loose straps on his legs. His shirt, torn at the bottom, features multicolored buttons and military badges. He also wears black and purple slip-ons and a plaid scarf.

He wears black and purple boots. Apparently, he doesn't wear socks underneath them. Title: Absolute Supreme Leader Personality: Kokichi Oma claims to be an evil ruler. He openly claims to be the leader of a secret society, admits to being a liar, and admits to having only done bad things, though none of this has been substantiated. He is an unreliable person who lies shamelessly, speaks his mind, and sheds crocodile tears. He speaks and acts calmly and indifferently to inflict more torment on the other students. His lying is more likely compulsive than pathological, as he mostly lies frequently and mostly to reassure himself or because it's more convenient for him.

Kirumi Tojo

Kirumi is a tall, thin young woman with short, sandy-green blonde hair and long bangs that cover her left eye (though it is occasionally visible when she expresses certain emotions in some sprites). Her skin is quite pale, and her eyes are a warm, green color. Her maid uniform, befitting her talent, consists of a long, black, apron-style dress with a spiderweb pattern, four white buttons down the middle of the dress, and a button representing her previous high school's emblem on the left. Underneath the apron, she wears a white dress with a black collar and a purple tie around her neck. The sleeves of her shirt have elegant frills at the ends that match the design of her dress. She wears a black headdress with black lace and frills attached to it, with four white pins, a common look adopted by maids. She wears black, tight-fitting gloves with silver rings attached to the backs of her hands. Underneath her dress is a chic combination of a black lace skirt and black tights, which she considers practical, as it doesn't expose her legs. She also wears gray, lace shoes, with white laces wrapped around her ankles, neatly encircling her legs. Title: Absolute Maid Personality: Kirumi is a refined woman, described as a professional who excels at her job. She has a keen intellect, is talented in many fields, and is reportedly capable of handling any job, as well as being independent and capable of doing things on her own. She is polite and formal, but also quite serious, and is very willing to use all her strength to collaborate with other students. She is intelligent, observant, and level-headed. Her intelligence can be demonstrated when she speculates. Her assumptions are based on facts, and therefore quite difficult to refute—for example, when she accused Gonta as the culprit in Rantaro's murder case, everyone believed her well-thought-out, descriptive accusation.

Kaito Momota

Kaito is a tall young man with spiky purple hair, both on the top and back of his head, which Kodaka describes as a cosmic jet streaming out of a black hole, and a short goatee. His eyes are a warm lilac with fairly long eyelashes. He has a slightly tanned complexion. Kaito wears a white T-shirt with a kumadori design, and over it, an unbuttoned long-sleeved shirt with black buttons and a chest pocket. He also wears a long purple blazer with a galaxy design on the inside. However, he always wears it improperly: Kaito wears his left sleeve and leaves the right side of the coat draped over his shoulder, allowing it to flutter in the wind and reveal the cosmic design.

He wears purple pants that match the color of his blazer, which are rolled up at the ankles, and slippers with a galaxy design. Title: Ultimate Astronaut. Personality: Kaito Momota is an energetic, passionate man who lives by dreams and romance and is prone to delivering somewhat dramatic pep talks to others. He believes in taking risks, not limiting yourself, and never giving up on dreams. Thanks to his fiery spirit and falsified documents, he was able to pass the astronaut exam, proving his intelligence. As the Ultimate Astronaut, he cherishes the dream and aspiration of going into space and already considers himself a space legend. He often refers to himself as the "Luminary of the Stars" and says that the universe is on his side. Furthermore, he talks about his popularity among women and children, and he thinks his goatee gives him a "charming celebrity vibe."

K1-B0

Kibo is a robot with a completely mechanical body. Most of his body is made of black metal, reminiscent of armor plating. His head, although synthetic, is very similar to that of a normal human.

As a robot, K1-B0 is considered asexual and lacks the means to have reproductive functions, but still appears masculine physically and thanks to his teenage voice. His face has very pale skin. His eyebrows are pressed against his round, mechanical blue eyes, giving the impression that they are part of his eyes. Thick black lines run around his eyes and down his cheeks, reaching his chin. He can make his eyes glow bright yellow or blue and emit light. He has a tongue, but it seems to have no purpose other than speech, as he cannot eat food. He has gray hair, a spiky fringe on the left side, and a very large ahoge on the top of his head. K1-B0 has a very tall, round metal collar around his neck, with his previous school's emblem on the left side. A thin strip of screen wraps around it, displaying a constantly changing line of green text. A softer black material completely covers his neck, but he can move it up to cover the lower half of his face, resembling a face mask. The collar is usually open in the middle, but he can fasten two metal pieces together to completely protect his neck area. He doesn't appear to have actual ears, but rather black, headphone-shaped objects around them. He can use his ears to take notes and play them back aloud. Title: Ultimate Robot of Hope Personality: K1-B0 is a polite and serious robot who has some difficulty with human social interaction, often appearing unintentionally comical and funny-looking as a result. According to Kazutaka Kodaka, K1-B0 has both cute and cool characteristics—he's socially awkward yet serious. Nevertheless, K1-B0 is proud of his form.

Himiko Yumeno

Himiko has fair skin, short red hair, and reddish-brown eyes. She has a permanent blush on her cheeks. Compared to most characters, Himiko is quite short and has slightly childish features, making her look unlike a high school student.

She wears medieval boots, black nylon tights, and a short red skirt. She has a black jacket, under which is a gray shirt and a brown sweater. The most noticeable part of her costume is a black witch's hat with a red stripe down the middle. She has a blue hair clip.

In one of the official artworks, Himiko wears a cloak, black on the outside and red on the inside. Around her are scattered playing cards, flowers, confetti, and animals, which are part of her magic tricks. Title: Absolute Magician Personality: Himiko Yumeno believes her tricks are real magic, so she prefers to be called a sorceress rather than a magician. However, she is more often seen performing mundane tricks like manual techniques or releasing doves. She gets irritated when people say her magic isn't real, leading her to repeat that it is real over and over again. In various situations, she claims she could use magic to solve problems, but she lacks the power to do so. In keeping with her mage appearance, she uses an old-fashioned form of speech.

Gonta Gokuhara

Gonta is a very tall and muscular man with tanned skin. He has a noticeably angular face and red eyes. His hair is long and brown, and sticks out untidily. He wears a brown school suit and no shoes. He has a lime-green messenger bag with bugs on it and an olive-colored tie. He also wears round glasses. He has a silver button on his lapel with the insignia of his previous high school and gold cufflinks.

As his appearance suggests, he possesses superhuman strength, but he swears he wouldn't hurt a bug. Perhaps his angry expression is a consequence of his upbringing. Title: Absolute Entomologist Personality: Gonta loves animals, especially insects, and can even talk to them. He is kindhearted, gentle, and polite. He is very pure and naive, easily trusting strangers and easily discouraged by others' comments. When accused of being guilty, he responds with complete honesty, even if it makes him appear much more suspicious.

Angie Yonaga

Angie has dark skin and light blue eyes the color of the ocean. Her hair is a pale platinum color, making it appear white, and she wears it in two wavy ponytails with thin, small hair ties. Angie also has three ball piercings near her navel. Angie wears a white bikini with light blue frills. Her skirt is the same color as the frills on the bikini, with a light gray bow at the base. She also wears a pink belt with drawing and wood carving tools attached to her skirt. Angie wears a yellow cape with long, loose sleeves that reach her knees, with a black symbol on each sleeve. She wears simple white slip-ons with gray soles.

Angie wears a white pearl bracelet on her left wrist and right ankle. She also wears a pearl necklace with a shell in the center on her chest. Title: Absolute Artist Personality: Angie is an energetic and positive person who always has a big smile on her face, but she also has a slightly quirky side. She smiles even when everyone around her is serious.

Kaede Akamatsu

Kaede has sleek ash-blond hair that reaches just below her shoulders and curves outward on each side, making it appear much larger than it actually is. Her hair is parted to the far right, with her bangs hanging low over her eyes before being combed behind her ears, with a single arched ahoge sticking out from her part and two thin tufts of hair perched on each shoulder that curve outward at the ends. Her eyes are slightly slanted inward and framed by rather long and pronounced upper and lower lashes. In her in-game sprites, their irises are a warm plum color, though in her official character sheet, they are a lighter purplish-brown. Kaede wears a school uniform consisting of a pinkish-white shirt with an orange tie around her neck, over which she wears a pale pink sleeveless sweater with a dark pink hem and a V-neck, with the school emblem emblazoned on her left chest. She wears a short, dark purple skirt with five thin black lines with musical notes adorning them, creating a melody, though it seems unrelated. She also has five similarly designed hairpins in her bangs. Her knee-high socks are a much more purple color than her skirt, with the same scalloped edges as her sweater, and she wears brown lace-up shoes with thick brown soles.

She also carries a simple white backpack that has a flap closure secured with a rectangular gold clasp and two small pockets on the sides. Title: Absolute Pianist Personality: Kaede Akamatsu is an optimistic hard worker. A strong-willed leader with a strong character, she's not afraid to take action, and her defining trait is a strong sense of faith in herself and others. Her main motivation for playing the piano is to see others smile.

Teruteru Hanamura

Teruteru has a plump frame. He wears a classic chef's outfit. It consists of a red apron with a white undershirt and a red scarf around his neck. Three silver stars are pinned to the right side of his undershirt. He wears a small chef's hat. He has dark brown hair styled in a pompadour that leans noticeably to the left. Teruteru always carries a comb to tidy it up.

Unlike the characters in the first and second games, Teruteru's eyes usually consist of two dark dots or remain closed, as in the anime. One of his comical sprite expressions features eyes reminiscent of a bishounen manga character and thick eyebrows, accompanied by a nosebleed. Title: Absolute Chef. Personality: Teruteru often exhibits very inappropriate and vulgar behavior, and can usually be seen "attacking" anyone near him, both boys and men, with all sorts of compliments (often with vulgar context, which can also be expressed openly, which also hints at his bisexual orientation), often to the point of sexual harassment. Similar to Hifumi Yamada from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, he can react to the slightest hints that arise in conversation. However, he goes much further than Hifumi in his behavior, as he thinks it's perfectly normal to touch others without their consent, and he's even been known to use drugs with his food, adding them to other people's meals and trying to take advantage of it.

Sonia Nevermind

Sonia is a tall young woman with long, knee-length blond hair, pale skin, and blue eyes. In the game, she wears a dark green sarafan over a shirt with long white sleeves. It is tied with a white sash at her waist and adorned with a large red bow at her chest with a diamond pin, tied around her neck. She also wears a dark green, almost black, bow on her head. She wears red shoes with a small heel. Her other accessories include stockings that match her bow, with a white elastic band and patterns of the same color, and a light-colored bracelet on her left hand. Title: Absolute Princess. Personality: Sonia is a cheerful and polite woman with a strong passion for Japanese culture. Despite being a princess, she's also fascinated by many mundane things, such as cleaning and even Japanese toilets, due to her unfamiliarity with them, primarily due to her talent. She has always aspired to be treated like a normal Japanese high school student, and her biggest goal is to have friends of her own age and status. Because she's a foreigner, she sometimes mixes up figures of speech and tends to use very outdated slang when trying to communicate with her classmates.

Peko Pekoyama

Peko is a tall young woman who wears a black/dark teal school uniform and a red tie or knot. Her skirt is quite short. She wears black tights and white shoes. She has long silver hair, which she ties into two braids on either side of her head with white ribbons, securing each at the top and two red ribbons securing the braids at the bottom. Her eyes are also bright red. Peko also wears rectangular glasses with thin frames. She always carries a shinai (bamboo sword) in a dark turquoise sheath with a silver and white pattern. Hidden within the center of the shinai's bamboo covering is a katana blade, which Peko likely uses for defense and hunting people on Fuyuhiko's orders. Title: Ultimate Swordswoman. Personality: Peko is presented as a very serious and strict girl, rarely showing her emotions. She speaks with an air of authority, but despite this, she doesn't feel disdain for the other students. She loses track of time when practicing martial arts, but isn't antisocial and doesn't want to be separated from the other students, as demonstrated when she agrees to attend the Ultimate Imposter's party in the first chapter.

Nekomaru Nidai

His body is large and muscular, giving Nekomaru an intimidating appearance. Nekomaru's face is rough, his eyes are brown. Two scars run vertically through them, running from his forehead to his chin. Nekomaru's hair is black, combed back, and he has a small beard on his chin. Nekomaru wears a black, unbuttoned gakuran with a high collar and five buttons, a white tank top, blue sweatpants, and a geta. A bulky chain hangs around his neck, ending in a metal whistle. A towel is tucked into the back of his pants. Like Peko Pekoyama, he was once mistaken for a cosplayer due to his appearance. Title: Absolute Trainer. Personality: Nekomaru is an energetic, boisterous, open-hearted student who passionately supports athletes, but suffers from dyspepsia. He often yells when speaking as the team's manager. He is very optimistic and his willpower is immeasurable, but he is not very intelligent and is poor at lying. He also seems to genuinely enjoy fighting, often in the form of very serious training.

Nagito Komaeda

Nagito is a tall, thin young man with tousled snow-white hair and gray-green eyes. His gray hair and pale skin are the result of his progressive illness. Komaeda wears a long, dark green coat with a jagged hem. Red squares are depicted on the right shoulder, and a large number "55" in the same color can be seen on the back. Another red, unidentifiable symbol is depicted on his white tank top. Nagito wears black jeans with a long chain attached to them, along with a small skull-shaped keychain. His brown shoes with black soles have two zippers. Title: Absolute Lucky Personality: Nagito Komaeda appears to be a polite, friendly, and calm, yet somewhat unreliable, guy. Hajime Hinata even mentions that his bright smile is very calming. He was the only one to stay with Hajime while he was unconscious and expressed concern for Hinata's condition, even after Hinata told him to leave. Despite his friendly attitude toward the entire class, Nagito Komaeda is interested in spending time with Hajime and can be a bit clingy. Hinata finds him annoying and not the most reliable, but still a kind person.

Mikan Tsumiki

Mikan is a young, restless girl of average height. She has fair skin and long, tousled, plum-colored, dark purple hair, cut unevenly as a result of repeated bullying. Her pale, gray-purple eyes almost always express anxiety or tearfulness, and she also has a mole under the left corner of her eye. She wears a white apron tied around her neck and waist with ribbons. The apron has two red stripes: one long and vertical, and the other short, horizontal and perpendicular to the first. Under the apron, she wears a sky-blue skirt. Mikan's right leg and left arm are covered in bandages, and there's a plaster cast on her left knee. She wears beige-pink socks and boots. She also has a pale pink shirt with puffy sleeves. Title: Absolute Nurse Personality: Mikan Tsumiki is an extremely meek, paranoid, and fragile individual who suffers from extremely low self-esteem as a result of abuse and bullying. This has led to many behavioral symptoms, such as fearfulness, nervous breakdowns and crying, frequent apologies, and stuttering while speaking. This greatly affects how others perceive her—according to Akane Owari, "She wouldn't hurt a fly. A fly would probably hurt her." She constantly worries about annoying, bothering, or even offending others, going so far as to ask Hajime Hinata if she could remember his name and introduce herself. She is also a target for the predatory and cruel personality of Hiyoko Saionji. However, Mikan displays a much more confident demeanor when performing medical work. Her medical knowledge proves useful in homicide investigations, as she provides autopsy reports, including information on the condition of the body, details of injuries, cause of death, and time of death. She also occasionally gives health advice to others about eating and sleeping, and can occasionally describe bodily functions in excessive detail in her eagerness to impart information to other students.

Mahiru Koizumi

Mahiru has dark red hair cut in a bob, olive-green eyes, and a pale complexion with light freckles on her cheeks. Her attire consists of a khaki-colored vest with a khaki skirt and a checkered white and red tie tied over her shirt. She wears dark green knee-high socks with a small yellow symbol and dark shoes. Title: Absolute Photographer Personality: Mahiru is optimistic and reasonable, calm, and unafraid to speak her mind. Initially, she appears confident, but it later becomes clear that she has self-esteem issues. Mahiru compares her photographs to those of her mother, a renowned war photographer who was often absent from home due to work.

Mahiru places a great deal of responsibility on men and quickly becomes harsh towards them. In the original, she addresses the girls in her class by their first names with the suffix "-chan," while she addresses boys only by their last names. She mostly takes photos of girls, explaining that photographing boys is very boring. She enjoys capturing people's smiles and has also photographed everything that happens on Jabberwock Island so that they won't forget it (except for the boys, whom she only photographed once every three days). Despite her love of photography, Mahiru considers her title silly compared to others. She has been told that she doesn't like selfies.

Kazuichi Soda

As a mechanic, Kazuichi wears neon yellow overalls with dark brown stripes on the sleeves and several bright pink markings. His shoes are also yellow, but a shade lighter than the overalls. Kazuichi's hair is dyed bright pink and poorly styled, which he hides with a black beanie. Complementing his punk rock look, Kazuichi has narrow eyes with bright pink contacts, which he constantly wears, and thin eyebrows that almost reach his hairline. Kazuichi's teeth are sharp and shark-like, giving his grin a frightening appearance. Title: Absolute Mechanic. Personality: Kazuichi is a very emotional character, although he initially tries to appear calm and carefree. People note that his eerie appearance clashes with his rather timid nature. He is very nervous, easily startled, and often screams in fear.

Kazuichi often says whatever comes to mind without thinking. He's also a terrible liar, which can make him seem inconsistent. Although he's a mechanical genius, he seems a bit clueless in other areas. Like Mikan Tsumiki, he's a target for Monokuma and Hiyoko Saionji, often becoming the butt of their jokes.

Ibuki Mioda

Ibuki is a girl with pale skin and pink eyes. She has long hair dyed various colors, including black, white, blue, and pink. Her hair is twisted into two horns on her head.

Ibuki's clothing style is very different from that of the typical, outspoken, and self-expressive music club member. She wears a Japanese school uniform and torn stockings (the left one is blue and the right one is pink). She has six helix-style piercings (cartilage piercings) on each ear, each holding a needle-like stud. Her earlobes have small tunnels. Below her left mouth are three metal piercings with iron inlays, and her nails on both hands are painted black. She wears a striped fingerless glove on her left hand and a black, chunky bracelet on her right. Ibuki also wears a pendant and three silver rings on her left hand. Her light shoes are white, with blue laces on the right and pink on the left. A necklace adorns her neck, resembling barbed wire. Ibuki also has a scar tattoo on her left thigh. Title: Absolute Musician Personality: Ibuki is a bit of a shocker with her unique personality and appearance. She's the most cheerful of her classmates. She's very energetic and enjoys socializing, though she constantly switches to unrelated topics during conversations. She's very forgetful, so she writes herself notes as reminders.

Ibuki enjoys various strange activities, but dislikes "boring" ones like reading and studying. She has a habit of breaking the fourth wall, occasionally blurting out phrases that only the player can understand. When upset, she develops a verbal tic: repeating words or phrases two or more times. When panicking, she screams or foams at the mouth. She seems to enjoy panicking when there's no real danger, such as while watching horror movies or in a haunted house.

Hiyoko Saionji

Hiyoko is a very petite, slender girl with long, blonde hair, usually seen tied into curved twin tails. At first glance, Hajime notes that her voice and appearance don't exactly convey the spirit of a high school girl. In the game, she has orange eyes and holds her hair back with two ties, each consisting of a green ribbon with a cat's face in the middle.

Hiyoko wears a traditional furisode kimono with a white flower pattern and a green obi sash tied in a bow at her back. In her official image, she instead wears a pink kimono with a red sash, holding a fan, and her hair tied in a single ponytail with a pink flower kanzashi. Title: Absolute Master of Japanese Dance. Personality: Hiyoko's sweet appearance, voice, and, initially, manner of speech give the impression of innocence and sincerity. However, as we get to know her, it becomes clear that she is actually cruel and mischievous (when she crushes ants and says they make pleasant sounds, inviting Hajime to join her).

Gundam Tanaka

Gundam wears a long black jacket, left unbuttoned, and his school uniform. The left sleeve of the jacket is rolled up to the elbow and held in place with silver pins. He also wears a long purple scarf, which often covers half of his face. On the back of the jacket and on the edges of the scarf is a strange vertical symbol. Underneath the jacket, he wears a white shirt, also unbuttoned, and another darker T-shirt with a pale purple cross. He also has standard black pants, a black belt with a silver buckle, and black boots with multiple straps.

Gundam's skin tone is noticeably pale and grayish compared to other characters, possibly due to his inactivity. His head is shaved from the neck down to the temples, and the remaining hair is slicked back, save for a single, curly strand in the middle. His hair is black with a few pale gray streaks. This may be a result of hair bleaching or a melanin deficiency known as poliosis. It is also interesting that Gundam has no eyebrows, as confirmed in the limited edition artbook.[2] He has gray eyes, but wears a red contact lens over his right eye. He also has a tattoo of a light gray scar running across his left eye. His entire left arm, at least up to his elbow, is covered in bandages due to scratches he received while caring for and comforting hamsters and possibly other animals. He wears a 'Hell Hound Earring' (called a Devil Dog Earring in the Japanese version) on his right ear, and two silver rings on his right hand (one on his index and middle fingers). Title: Absolute Livestock Breeder. Personality: Gundam has an eccentric and somewhat dark personality. He claims to have been blessed with the powers of evil from the underworld as a result of the union of "an angel and a devil." Gundam calls other people "pitiful mortals" and claims that even gods fear his abilities. He often chatters about his status and his interest in the dark arts, alchemy, and the astral planes.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu

Fuyuhiko is a very short man with a babyish face. He has tousled light hair with a pair of curved shaved lines on the sides of his head and golden pupils. He also has freckles on his nose and a mole on the lower corner of his mouth. His cheeks are perpetually flushed.

Fuyuhiko dresses in traditional yakuza style. In the game, he wears a two-piece suit consisting of a black jacket and striped trousers over a white shirt. On his right lapel is a brooch in the shape of the Kuzuryu clan crest. He also wears a dark brown tie with an animal skull emblem, white platform shoes, and two silver rings on his right hand. After losing his eye, he began wearing a black eyepatch with a white circular pattern. Title: Ultimate Yakuza. Personality: At first, Fuyuhiko is very unfriendly and rude to others. He claims he has no intention of making friends with his classmates and says he could easily kill someone. Despite his behavior, already in the first chapter he shows signs that his ardent reluctance to make friends may be feigned, as he strolls near the house where the party was being held, despite claiming he was not interested and declining the invitation.

When Fuyuhiko interacts with others, he is very aggressive and irritable. He is easily angered, threatening and/or insulting others when they express dissatisfaction with his actions. He avoids any relationships.

Chiaki Nanami

She has short, slightly curly light pink hair with a slight ochre tint, with short, straight bangs. She wears a Galaga spaceship-shaped hair clip on the left side of her head. Her pale pink eyes match her hair.

Chiaki wears an unbuttoned dark green hoodie with ears and two pink stripes on the hood. It has light gray stripes at the bottom. Underneath the hoodie, she wears a white blouse with a pink ribbon and a beige skirt. She often carries a cat-shaped backpack over her shoulder. She also wears high black socks and pale pink shoes with white soles. Title: Ultimate Gamer. Personality: Chiaki is usually quiet and sleepy, but she becomes much more lively when it comes to gaming. She has a number of unusual habits, such as dozing off while playing and taking long pauses during conversations to think about everything she wants to say. Sometimes she even sleeps standing up and forgets to breathe when playing games. She also frequently uses gaming terms and references.

Nanami is very calm and understanding. She even once mentioned that she's never yelled at anyone.

Akane Owari

Akane is a tall girl with an athletic build. She has tanned skin, brown eyes, and messy, tousled, and spiky brown hair. She had longer hair in high school.

Akane wears a white short-sleeved shirt with the top few buttons undone, revealing a low neckline. The bottom button also appears undone, exposing her navel, especially when she moves quickly. She also wears a red miniskirt and cream-colored loafers without socks. Title: Absolute Gymnast. Personality: Akane is a fiery individual who absolutely loves fighting, which is why she gets along well with Nekomaru Nidai due to their similar interests. Despite this, she is very lazy and lacks motivational and communication skills. She dislikes planning or training, but has a talent for inventing her own gymnastics moves. Despite her quiet and aloof nature, she is loyal and protective of her friends.

Akane's mood is very changeable. She seems to believe that hitting things is the best way to solve problems. Akane enjoys challenging people to fights and respects physically strong people. Sometimes, her fiery and expressive nature gets her into trouble.

Hajime Hinata

Hajime has short, spiky brown hair with an ahoge that moves with his emotions. He wears a simple white shirt with the emblem of his former school embroidered on the hem. The same emblem is also featured on his green tie. Hajime also wears blue jeans and red and white sneakers.

Hajime's eyes have a line running through the pupil, reminiscent of a prohibition symbol. Although his eyes are originally green, Izuru's are red, and the circles on the pupils resemble a radar screen. Title: Absolute Hope. Personality: Hajime appears cynical due to his behavior, but it would be more accurate to call him a realist. He is quite skeptical and tends to worry more than other students, but his concerns are often justified and understandable. He is an intelligent man, not without logic, and gets irritated when he doesn't understand something or someone. He is usually quite serious, but sometimes jokes around and indulges in the hobbies of his eccentric classmates.

Hajime can be grumpy and rude to his classmates in his thoughts, but he's more sincere than sarcastic and mean. While he's a bit meek, he's not afraid to speak his mind. He can be short-tempered at times and snap at others, especially when tired or under pressure.

Mustache

In her guise as Usami, she is a white rabbit with white feathered wings and two upright ears adorned with a pink bow. She wears a pink and white skirt similar to Sayaka Maizono's stage costume, a pink bib with white edges, and a golden necklace reminiscent of Sailor Moon's Crisis Moon Compact. She carries a pink staff topped with an inverted golden heart, right-side up, with a red gemstone in the center, framed by a pair of small white wings. In her Monomi form, she is a pink and white bunny with one floppy ear and a single accessory with a yellow bow. Like Monokuma, who redesigned her, Monomi's design is split down the middle: the left side is pink and the right is white. She has one red, round robot eye. She wears a cloth diaper and has a visible belly button. She carries a tree branch tied with white cloth. She briefly wears a pink dress with a rose in Monokuma's stand-up comedy routine. Title: Teacher. Personality: Usami is gentle and kind-hearted, but also very naive and not very intelligent. Although she is strict about rules and certain other things, she is very easily deceived or persuaded. All she wants is to foster love, friendship, and good manners, emphasized by her catchphrase, "love, love!" (or "love-carrot!"). Because of this, she can come across as overly sweet and annoying. She encourages everyone to live in peace and strengthen their bonds with each other. She is very happy and proud when everyone gets along, and scolds them when they do badly, kindly asking them not to do it again.

Usami fears violence, fighting, and cruelty, considering them all "a big, big no-no"—the very thought terrifies her. She also emphasizes the importance of caring for the environment, forbidding students from littering anywhere on the island (because she claimed littering would cause alarm).

Junko Enoshima

Junko wears a white shirt under a black cardigan, unbuttoned enough to reveal the top of her black and red bra. Around her neck, she wears a long black and white tie with a red "X" in a circle. Junko wears a red miniskirt and black platform boots with red laces. She has long red false nails and a red bow on the left side of her cardigan. However, the girl's primary appearance is her tall stature and hourglass figure. She has thick, long, light-blond hair, styled into two spiky ponytails. She has worn numerous accessories throughout the series, but the most striking are two Monokuma-shaped hair clips: the one on her right ponytail is completely white with dotted eyes, while the one on her left is completely black with red eyes. Title: Absolute Fashionista. Personality: Young fashionista Junko Enoshima is described as "not fake," charismatic, and eager to try new things. In her initial appearances, she seems a bit flighty and short-tempered. The official artbook describes her as someone who "exudes dissatisfaction the moment she opens her mouth" and often gets into trouble with her classmates. She is also mentioned as being overly talkative and having an overly carefree attitude.

Yasuhiro Hagakure

He has fairly dark skin with stubble on his chin and dark brown eyes. He has a dark brown, extravagant hairstyle with spiky, large, tousled, and wide dreadlocks. He wears three layers of shirts: the top one is an old green jacket, the second is a rough white shirt, and the third is a small yellow short-sleeved shirt. He wears a brown haramaki and uses a yellow rope as a belt. He also wears a bracelet with the emblem of his old school on each bead.

Additionally, one of the Free Time Modes reveals that Yasuhiro has a mysterious scar on his back. Title: Absolute Predictor. Personality: Yasuhiro is one of the more cheerful and laid-back students. However, he is very trusting and prone to panic. He mentions that he is very clumsy with money and constantly has debt problems. This trait is especially evident when he claims to have purchased his crystal ball (which is made of glass, not real crystal) for 100 million yen, which was previously used by Napoleon, Genghis Khan, and George Washington. He also spends all his money on rare magical artifacts, confident in their authenticity.

Toko Fukawa

She has long, dark purple hair, which she wears in two braids behind her. She has gray eyes and large, round, wire-framed glasses. Her long skirt conceals the marks on her upper thighs—a tally of the number of men Genocide Jack has killed. There's a small birthmark on the left side of her chin. Toko wears a standard Japanese school uniform, dark purple, with a long skirt. On the upper sleeves of her top is the symbol of her former high school. Under her skirt are pairs of Genocide Jack's "Geno Scissors," which are stored either in her underwear or in a container on her right hip. She also wears white socks and purple loafers. Title: Absolute Writer Personality: Toko is intellectually gifted, but she struggles with social skills. It has been stated that she either never learned or never even tried to learn social skills. She even considers herself a "gloomy outcast," often choosing to isolate herself from others.

Due to the constant bullying she experienced as a child, Toko is highly suspicious of others, often accusing them of thinking poorly of her. She expresses her opinions freely and bluntly, which can come across as rude and often leads to misunderstandings, though she claims she's simply being honest. She has an unusual tendency to view herself as a victim and refuses to believe other people's compliments. She is also extremely self-conscious about her body and tends to think that others consider her ugly.

Sayaka Maizono

Sayaka is very attractive, adored by both boys and girls. She wears blush and eyeliner, indicating that she uses makeup to maintain her appearance. She has long dark blue hair with several hairpins and dark blue eyes.

Her school uniform is a traditional Japanese seifuku, consisting of a white long-sleeved shirt with a blue collar and pink bow, a blue plaid skirt, black knee-high socks, and brown buckled shoes. Her school's crest is visible on the undershirt and sleeve. Title: Absolute Pop Star. Personality: As an idol, Sayaka is a cheerful, sweet, and caring girl. Despite her idol career, she also loves to cook.

Sayaka develops a bond with Makoto Naegi and considers him a friend. However, she often hides her feelings when under pressure due to her popularity. She cares deeply for her group members and would do anything without hesitation if something happened to them. However, when pushed to her limits, Sayaka will do anything, even take risks.

Sakura Ogami

Her height and weight make her the largest of her classmates. Due to her large frame, deep voice, and stern demeanor, Sakura is often mistaken for a man. She has long white hair, auburn skin, very pale blue eyes, and a scar on her face and right shoulder. She often frowns slightly. In flashbacks, Sakura is depicted with a much slimmer figure. Her school uniform is a traditional Japanese seifuku-style school uniform, consisting of a white shirt, a blue sailor collar, a short blue skirt, and a red tie. The sleeves of the uniform are torn off to make room for her muscular arms. She wears bandages wrapped around her calves and forearms. Her shoes are gray and reminiscent of Uwabaki, with the kanji of her last name on the toe. Title: Absolute Master of Martial Arts. Personality: Contrary to what one might expect from her appearance, Sakura is a quiet and calm girl. She has an old-fashioned, formal manner of speech, perhaps due to her being the heir to a three-hundred-year-old dojo. She rarely loses her composure and often sees the bigger picture in any situation. However, at times she can be slightly impatient or completely lose her temper and become extremely violent, such as when her friends are injured or when she is unable to train for an extended period.

Sakura was quite close to Aoi Asahina, most likely due to their shared interest in sports; she was visibly upset when someone tried to harm Hina.

Mondo Owada

Mondo is a tall, muscular young man with lightly tanned skin, sharp features, and violet eyes with long eyelashes on his lower lids. He usually has a fierce expression. His natural hair color is dark blond.

Mondo's overall appearance is typical of members of Japanese biker gangs (暴走族 bōsōzoku), starting with his distinctive hairstyle. His hair is permanently curled, somewhere between a pompadour and the late 20th-century Japanese "punch perm," and dyed a light reddish-blond. The rest of his hair is natural, left straight and at a medium length.

Mondo's attire consists of a black coat, worn unbuttoned. Known in Japan as a "tokkō-fuku" (特攻服), it is adorned with the Crazy Diamonds symbol, Japanese writing, and an orange dragon motif. He also wears a white tank top, black low-waisted pants held up by a belt, and white moccasins—typical biker attire. His belt buckle is shaped like a komainu face. Title: Absolute Leader of the Biker Gang. Personality: Mondo acts like a stereotypical troublemaker, using foul language and coming across as rude. He's easily provoked and won't hesitate to use force if he starts to lose his temper.

Like Chihiro, Mondo had several complexes about being considered weak, which he tried to suppress by constantly telling himself he was strong. This complex stemmed from the fact that the biker gang members looked down on him due to his status as the younger brother of Daiya Owada, the original leader of the Crazy Diamonds.

Leon Kuwata

He has orange-dyed hair combed up, a goatee, and pale blue eyes. Kuwata wears a white open-collared jacket, a white T-shirt with a grunge design of a broken skull, dark gray jeans, and white platform shoes with black soles. He wears a chain around his neck with a lock, two hanging studded belts, rings, and a large safety pin on his lapel. He has several piercings—his lower lip, his tongue, and six piercings in his right ear. When Leon was on the baseball team, he wore a standard baseball jacket with his number 18 and the Kuwata name on the back. Title: Ultimate Baseball Player Personality: Leon is a passionate, hot-tempered young teenager. He was often distracted from his studies and baseball training; however, his baseball skills never diminished due to his talent as the Ultimate Baseball Player. In fact, he hated training, seeing no point or pleasure in it because he was already so talented. Due to his natural talent, he considered even the most difficult and extraordinary feats easy and had some issues empathizing with people who lacked such talent, as he didn't fully understand how heavy the bet he made with Kanon actually was.

Kyoko Kirigiri

She has violet eyes and a pale complexion, and she has lavender hair with a single braid on the left side tied with a black bow.

Kyoko's outfit consists of a dark purple collared jacket with six brown buttons, long sleeves, and a brown tie with a bird symbol. She also wears high heels and light purple socks of the same size. She also wears black studded gloves, custom-made for her to cover the burns on her hands she received as a young detective. Title: Absolute Detective Personality: Kyoko is a reserved and mysterious girl who tends to hide her feelings. Her demeanor is calm, even when confronted with a dead body. At the beginning of the game, she maintains a distance from the other students during the investigation. She doesn't seem to cooperate with the other students, conducting most of the investigation on her own. She plays a crucial role in finding the culprit during class trials and is also one of the few students who sees things objectively, making her a valuable ally for Makoto.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru

He has black spiky hair, very large and wide eyebrows, and red eyes with a look described as "a little crazy." He has a muscular build.

He wears a white uniform with five gold buttons on each sleeve and six buttons on the chest, as well as a gold medal. He also wears black lace-up shoes. His armband reads (風紀 fūki), meaning "Public Morality," fittingly fitting his title.

The kanji 参 adorning the collar of his uniform is actually a verb, read as 参る mairu, which can mean either "to be defeated," "to be annoyed," "to fall madly in love," or "to visit a temple," "grave." Title: Absolute Duty Officer Personality: As the Ultimate Attendant, Kiyotaka is fair and values order and truth above all else. Above all, he doesn't tolerate anyone running around the school. He's shown to be very polite and respectful, as in the original Japanese release, he addresses people, even girls, with the honorific "-kun."

Hifumi is a stocky man with black hair and a pointed ahoge. He wears a white T-shirt with an orange tie featuring a blue arrow pointing upward. He also wears an unbuttoned gray cardigan, black pants, white sneakers, an orange backpack, and glasses. Title: Ultimate Fanfiction Author Personality: Feeling misunderstood by his peers and resenting them for it, Hifumi comes across as creepy and twisted. He has a habit of using anime references in his speech.

In Free Time, Hifumi is shown to be very infatuated with Buuko, the main character from his favorite anime, "Heretic Angel ☆ Mochi Mochi Princess." Although Hifumi has a somewhat misanthropic view of society, he does not support crimes against those he thinks highly of and will even commit murder to prevent them from causing further harm and to avenge his friends.

Chihiro Fujisaki

He has a small, lithe, doll-like build, with short, light-brown, layered hair and brown eyes. He wears the girls' winter school uniform, which includes a dark green, long-sleeved jacket, a white shirt with a large Peter Pan collar secured with a thin, dark ribbon, suspenders, a pleated top, a brown, thigh-length skirt, black knee-length socks, and white ribbon Mary Janes. The logo of his former high school, St. Albandia Academy, is featured on his buttons and the sides of his socks. (Pretends to be a girl because his body looks very much like a girl's.) Title: Absolute Programmer. Personality: Chihiro is very intelligent, but he has a very timid nature. He is very shy and often apologizes. He can be easily intimidated to the point of tears, but he loves to talk about everything related to his job as a programmer and becomes more animated when the topic arises.

Celestia Ludenberg

Celeste's main distinguishing feature is her gothic lolita style of appearance. She wears a white lace headdress with white ribbons and has black hair in two large, spiraling ponytails (these are actually hairpieces, as evidenced by the girls' bathing moments in Chapter 3, where she is seen without them). She has very pale skin, red eyes, and round gold earrings engraved with a cross with a red gemstone in the center. She also has long black nails. She wears a costume that consists of a white blouse with a Peter Pan collar, a black jacket with white cross-lacing on the sleeves, a red tie with a bow tie, and a tiered skirt with white lace.

Celestia also wears black knee-high stockings trimmed with lace, red Mary Janes with thin heels, and a silver ring on her index finger that resembles a gun (similar to a ring by Vivienne Westwood). Title: Super Gambler. Personality: As an experienced player, Celestia Ludenberg is collected, cold, and cunning. She possesses the ability to manipulate others and lie with a straight face. She appears quite intelligent, for example, referring to certain aspects of game theory, and her skills in manipulation and coercion are used to deceive most of the students.

Heir to a highly successful family business, he is extremely reluctant to admit any mistakes he has made. He is cold, rude, and withdrawn, but has a dishonest and manipulative streak. Aoi Asahina

She has tanned skin, blue eyes, and an hourglass figure. She wears her brown hair in a curled ponytail, which becomes spiky when she's angry and hangs down when she's sad. Aoi wears blue athletic shorts from the Hope's Peak Academy uniform, a red athletic jacket over a white tank top, white knee socks, a red bandage on her right knee, and green sneakers from the Academy uniform. When swimming, she wears a typical blue high school swimsuit with her last name in kanji on the front. She has a beautiful figure, which is the subject of ridicule from Toko Fukawa/Genocide Jack. Title: Absolute swimmer. Personality: Friendly towards other classmates, she quickly befriends Sakura. She tries to involve Toko and Chihiro Fujisaki in their activities, even if they don't want to participate. She can get very excited, for example, trying to write Makoto Naegi's name on her hand despite not having a pen. While not unreasonable, she tends to jump to conclusions and take things at face value, making her an easy target for cheating in class trials.

Makoto Naegi

He has a rather petite build, shorter than almost all of his classmates. He has light brown, spiky hair, including a pointed ahoge. He also has light brown eyes. He wears a dull green hoodie with red stripes along the zipper. Over the hoodie, Makoto wears a black jacket with gold buttons, black jeans, and red sneakers with white socks. Makoto's hood features a red gas mask logo enclosed in a circle. The zipper on his sweatshirt can be zipped all the way to the hood. On the lapel of his jacket, he wears a brooch in the shape of a four-pointed star overlapping a crescent moon. Title: Absolutely Lucky. Personality: Makoto is very kind, supportive, and forgiving, though he can be a bit naive at times. He's much friendlier, more polite, and more down-to-earth than the other students. This may be why he's able to bond with them in his free time, even with those who are as reserved as Byakuya Togami and Toko Fukawa.

Monokuma

Monokuma is a bear whose entire face and body are divided into two parts at the center. It resembles the Yin-Yang symbol, which balances two opposites, like a "flow." Its right side is white and has a classic teddy bear expression, while its left side appears more sinister. It is black, with a red, horizontal, jagged eye reminiscent of Hope's Peak Academy's logo, and a wicked smile. Monokuma also has a funny tongue. Title: Director. Personality: At times, he can act polite, sweet, and innocent, even patronizing, and in rare moments, he seems to offer genuinely positive and wise advice. He can be quite carefree, cheerful, easygoing, and comical, which is often reflected in his wide range of theatrical expressions and antics. However, he is mostly known for his malicious, cruel side, possessing a twisted sense of humor and a penchant for tormenting others to the point of despair.
