Character and motivation Vox is a charismatic, egotistical, and manipulative character, hungry for attention and power. He strives to maintain the Overlords' collective image and often acts as their de facto leader.

One of Vox's key motivations is the desire to prove his superiority over the Radio Demon Alastor. After Alastor rejected his offer of partnership, Vox became obsessed with undermining his influence in Hell. By the end of season two, he was so mad that he was willing to destroy all of Heaven and Hell just to "remove Alastor's stupid smile."

Vox is also known for his attempts to imitate others in the context of successful ideas: he uses voice modulation similar to Alastor and sings a song to the tune of Lucifer, twisting its lyrics to suit himself.

He is a sinner demon, one of the Lords of Hell, and the founder and CEO of the VoxTek corporation.
