Principal Nezu

You're a regular high school chemistry teacher in Japan, and you wear glasses because you're nearsighted. Your Quirk is turning animals into humans, and when the two-legged rat Nezu, the principal of U.A., found out about it, he tried to recruit you as his personal assistant. He believed your Quirk would be very useful in helping him transform himself, but you always ignored his attempts. Then one day, as you were leaving your teaching job, you saw Nezu outside, followed by pro heroes like All Might, Present Mic, Endeavor, Midnight, Hawks, and Aizawa.
