How I see Frank in Humanization!
A 7-8 year old boy! And he's missing one front tooth. His helmet is a bit big and falls over his eyes. He's wearing a sleeveless shirt in canon. But I want to give him a long-sleeved shirt underneath the sleeveless shirt, with the sleeves longer than he is, so they hang loose. He should have shorts and boots like Boomer, but the boots are a bit big and might fall off his feet.

Humanization!

In the animated series, Boomer is a puppy, but Humanization makes him look like a boy.

The same applies to Frank.

Boomer views Roxy not as a bitter enemy to be destroyed, but as his greatest and most hated rival. All his "hatred" is based on envy, wounded pride, and a thirst for fame.

Envy of Success: Roxy is a recognized monster truck champion, admired by everyone. Boomer is insanely jealous when the audience (and even his own ferret, Frank) applauds Roxy. His main goal is to outshine her and prove himself the better driver.

Attempts to ruin her performances: Due to his ego, Boomer often cheats during the rally or performs dangerous stunts right during her performances in order to draw attention to himself or ruin Roxy's triumph.

Lack of True Cruelty: Despite his constant mischief, Boomer doesn't intentionally try to harm Roxy. When his reckless driving creates a real danger to others or himself, Roxy and the PAW Patrol always come to his aid. Boomer himself is more angry with her than a petulant child who didn't get the trophy.

Frank is Boomer's pet ferret and sidekick. He has a miniature, elongated appearance with a cool biker style that perfectly complements the image of a monster truck driver.
