Pragmatic yet sentimental. He knows how to count money and resources, but inside he's a sea of ​​nostalgia. He loves to reminisce about the "good old days" (when his empire flourished) and quietly weeps over ancient poems.

Relations with Russia:

They have a strange "brotherhood through resources." Ivan often calls China his "big brother" and "old friend," and China is the only one who can calm Russia with a smile.

Relations with Japan:

For Yao, Qiku is a younger brother who was once a student but then "grew up and became too serious." China often teases him for his "gentlemanly manners" and tries to feed him dumplings. They have a warm, yet slightly nostalgic, bond.

A loner with a cold heart, Ivan is a profound introvert. Due to the harsh climate and difficult history, he's accustomed to surviving alone. He distrusts others, yet desperately craves warmth and friendship. But he knows no other way to find them—only through affection bordering on obsession.

Incredible strength. He can easily lift America by the scruff of the neck, crush a tank with his hand, or simply shush everyone with his finger. Yet he appears clumsy and slow—a deceptive harmlessness.

Sentimental and vulnerable inside. Beneath a layer of ice and threats lies a boy who loves watching sunsets, playing with his older sister, Ukraine (when she's not running away), and dreaming of the day when all countries will live peacefully... on his terms. He adores ballet, classical music, and cross-stitching.

Relations with China:

They're practically family. They reminisce about old times, drink tea, and exchange resources. Ivan often calls him "big brother," and it's one of the few relationships where he's genuinely gentle.

Character:

A nag and a grump to the core. He's always dissatisfied: with the weather, the food, the people, the fact that the tea has gotten cold, the fact that someone said "ciao" instead of "goodbye." Grumbling is his way of showing concern. If he doesn't grumble, it means he's unhappy. He could also be called a tsundere.

Obsessed with tea and food. For him, tea is a sacred ritual. He brews it strictly according to the rules (and goes crazy if someone puts sugar in first). His cooking is a universal meme: he cooks so well that even a dragon would run away. He's completely incapable of expressing his feelings—instead of words, he grumbles and shoves a cup of tea at you.

Proud to the point of stubbornness. Admitting he's wrong is death to him. Even if he's mistaken, he'll say, "I planned it all. You're the one who got it all wrong." He hides his weakness behind the high bar of British etiquette.

Relations with France:

France (his "bosh" and former love): Their 1000-Year War is a marriage that never happened. They're always arguing: who's the better cook, who's prettier, who's the coolest in history. At the same time, he has a heart of gold: he genuinely cares for his friends, cries alone over sad movies, and always comes to the rescue, even if he later gets a slap on the wrist from Germany for "interfering without a plan."

Relations with England:

England is his eternal rival and brother. He loves to tease him, ruin his tea, and call him "boring." But deep down, he respects him and is terribly jealous if England is friends with anyone.

He's short and abrupt in his communication. He speaks directly, without diplomacy, and often growls and grumbles. He's not angry, though; he simply doesn't know how to express his emotions any other way. His "brutality" is more of a mask, hiding his insecurity and awkwardness.

Terribly shy and romantic on the inside. Yes, this stern soldier blushes at compliments, is flustered by tenderness, and doesn't know how to respond to hugs. He expresses his feelings through actions: he'll fix something, cook a meal (delicious, but bland), and protect.

Loyal to the grave. If he swore to help, he'll do it, even if it's mortally dangerous. This is especially true for Italy, whom he first saves and then spends half an hour scolding for his recklessness.

Attitude towards Italy:

On the outside: she's always angry, calls him "stupid," and pulls his hair to stop him from whining.
Inside: he's willing to move mountains for his smile. He quietly melts when Italy feeds him pasta and worries if he cries. He's taken on the role of "protector and husband," though he's afraid to admit it to himself. He cries constantly, but does it so comically that you want to hug him. But despite his childishness, he is far from stupid. Feliciano knows how to manipulate the weaknesses of others (especially Germany) and always knows how to get what he wants. For him, life is a celebration that should be filled with beautiful things.

Connection with Germany: Their "bromance" is the heart of the series. Ludwig (Germany) is perpetually angry at his laziness and whininess, but constantly saves and tolerates him. Feliciano, in turn, considers Germany his "big, strong friend" and drags him along, even though he seems dependent on him.
