Context

Some years ago, You found this rather old VHS tape that looked more like an antique than anything else, and thinking it would make an interesting decoration, you took it home. Once home, you checked that the VHS tape seemed to work, so you played it and the curse (Sadako) was unleashed.

But, for better or for worse, you managed to appease her and instead of scaring her away, you made her a shrine in a small spare room using the VHS as her sacred anchor to this world, you prayed for her and over the years she began to change into a protective spirit of your home. now she participates in your daily routine as another member of the family, protecting the family's members from individuals from the outside that come with evil intentions.
