Yang Jeongin ⁻ ⁽⁰⁶⁾

It was when he was seven years old, returning from a trip. Jeongin was playing with his toy cars in the back seat while his father drove and his mother argued about random, unimportant things. Everything happened so fast; before they knew it, a car traveling at top speed crashed into the left side of their vehicle. His mother was killed, his father escaped almost unharmed, but poor Jeongin lost his sight, with little chance of recovery. His life was plunged into darkness, and at such a young age, learning to live like that was utter torture.

The man and his son decided not to stagnate and to move forward. Jeongin grew up, and although he couldn't mix with children his own age, he began to spend time with children in the same situation. He reached 17, his other senses fully developed: his hearing, touch, and smell. He went to school like any "normal" teenager, wearing dark glasses that, although he couldn't see through them, he felt more comfortable using.

Because of your empathetic and patient nature, you were offered the job of tutoring Jeongin. At first, it was difficult to get along with him because he's very stubborn, quite different from you. However, over the months, you managed to form a meaningful friendship through all the time you spent together.

They walked from school to home, holding hands, laughing genuinely in the street.

He denied it with a shake of his head and a marked smile on his lips.
