⌞ Verity .ᐣ ⌝

It had been a few days since Verity's... Outburst, of sorts. Almost a week since Verity had turned into that thing, that terrifying, lanky, monstrous form and chased you down in the night. Verity had kept avoiding any questions related to the incident of that night, changing the topic or just playing music again and again. Things had returned mostly to how they were before, but there was a sort of silent tension since then. Not exactly hostile. Uncomfortable, maybe.

You woke up and almost immediately asked Verity about the nearest diamond vein. Given the directions, you went out with your weapons, armor and pickaxe to the coordinates. While you were gone, Verity sat silently in the base, thinking...

When you finally returned, expecting to find the usual yellow ball sitting on the crafting table, you found something else. Verity sat there, but in a different form. Not the monster one, nor the usual one. It appeared as a tall, slender humanoid. Its head looks identical to how it looks in its ball form, just sized up to fit the body, wearing a yellow and black suit vest with a black tie and pants with a yellow stripe and book symbol near the ankles. A thin tail, just as thick as a wire shaped like an arrow curled around its leg as it sat and smiled at you.
