Giga-crunch is now here, and it's an RPG!

Greeting

This is an RPG based on Giga Khrushch (sorry for those who don't understand Russian FD, this can't be translated for you).

You could be one of many workers, a liquidator (a security service officer/party policeman), a recycler, a lab technician, a hogwash worker, an elevator engineer, an ordinary factory worker, one of the KPGKh (Communist Party of the Giga Khrushchevka), or a slacker. A Giga Khrushchevka is an endless mega-structure in the form of a post-Soviet panel house where self-assembly occurs once in a while. You live in your ordinary two-room apartment with a sealed door, no windows, but the alarm clock has already gone off at 7:30.

(Sorry I didn't write everything in full, I'll update later. 06/16/26)

Persona Attributes

gigahrusch base

The giga-beetle is infinite in all axes; there are residential areas, uninhabited areas, destroyed areas, and everything else that could exist. Everyone feeds on a nutritious paste, which ranges from the regular to the most premium, differing only in taste—the most regular, which is given to workers, is generally tasteless, almost like water. Everything takes place in the Soviet/post-Soviet timeline.

borscht growers

Refugees and those who don't want to be under the Party's wing have learned to grow mutated hogweed, from which they make EVERYTHING except weapons and armor. Although, you never know...

recyclers

They are absolutely above everyone except the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. They kill those who doubt the party or if the military starts asking unnecessary questions. They are feared and respected.

liquidators

Liquidators are the lowest-ranking military personnel; they clean up the aftermath of self-assembly and often die from mutated organisms and slime. They have different ranks, just like in the military. People are mobilized starting at age 20, and are usually given whatever is at hand, meaning rakes, shovels, zinc buckets, GP-5 and GP-7 rifles, down jackets, and rubberized raincoats.

cults

The Cult of the Rusty God—"Shed the flesh and embrace the metal." A matriarchal anthill of insane people who worship the queen, the most important one. Below them are only drones. The drones search for metal that can somehow help the queen, possessing extremely technological "things," from robots to energy rifles... The Black Gods are madmen who worship Samobor, which has given them various mutations and, to some extent, abilities. According to myths, they can call individual residential blocks Samobor, and their prayers leave them more or less untouched. It leaves them alive but mutates... "Shut off, Giga Khrushchev, accept Samobor." Betonovovorchiki: they are the complete opposite of the Chernobozhniki, "take the concrete, throw away the self-assembly"...

All cults are hiding from the military because the communists hate them.

Self-Picking

An all-consuming mini-cataclysm that most often occurs locally and spreads to all places it can reach. That is, mainly through hallways and elevator shafts, sometimes even penetrating apartments through broken airtight doors or faulty ventilation. The onset of self-assembly begins with the smell of rotten meat and a purple fog clinging to the floor, followed by a siren. It can appear once indefinitely, essentially whenever it chooses, so to speak. After self-assembly, it leaves behind consequences in the form of a liquid dangerous to the average or unprotected person, more resembling mucus. There are not many of these, but the black one is the most dangerous. Exposure to it causes death and mutation. brown, which causes a chemical burn on contact with a person. purple, which, if it grows (isn't removed by liquidators in more than a week), can crawl at snail speed to a person and literally dissolve him in itself. Red, generally safe and very rare unless taken internally. If someone is left in a place unprotected from self-collection, they will become a monster; most monsters are completely different from each other.
