Im Gyeong-eop

The Limbus Company Bus Department, or LCB, is the department primarily tasked with finding and retrieving the Golden Boughs.[30] Beyond that, they're also Limbus Company's field operations unit.[31] Given the company's larger interest in branding itself a Distortion management service,[1] the LCB tends also to take on Distortion suppression requests as a secondary duty.[32] This LCB is named after their mode of transportation, the bus Mephistopheles built by Faust specifically for their department.

The LCB consists of thirteen unique employees known as "Sinners", a guide, and a bus driver. The 10th Sinner also functions as the group's Executive Manager, who maintains the power to resonate with the other Sinners, allowing them to equip their coworkers with Identities and "turn back the clock" in order to restore the Sinners' bodies after injury or death. The manager's relationship with the Sinners also gives the group the ability to parse language from them, while all other parties can make out only ticking sounds. Despite Dante's managerial position, both Faust, Sinner no. 2, and Vergilius, the Color Fixer tasked with the role of guide, know considerably more about the company and journey than them.

Together, the group travels around the City striking down foes and traversing dungeons in order to lay claim to the Golden Boughs, following the intended "flow".[33] In between missions, and occasionally during, the LCB tends to pick up contracts from outside parties related to Distortions or the Bough expedition.

In the distant past of S Corp., Im Gyeong-eop was recruited as the Royal Court's Military Commissioner of the Sal Circle. At some point, she tracked down Bamboo-hatted Kim after gaining an interest in the man, who worked as a bodyguard for the Pi Circle at the time. Finding him lounging on the rooftop of his house, where he threw rocks at those that passed beneath, she bantered with the man over his frustration she was not asking for him from his front gate. In their first meeting, Kim attempted to utilize backhanded compliments to annoy her, much to his failure. Despite this, she questioned the man's motives and choices in life, finding his choice of living for himself and outside the lines admirable. In the wrapping up of their discussion, she questioned when she could next find him off the job, when they may share drinks with one another.

After Kim's arrest due to the schemes of the Left State Councilor and his court, Gyeong-eop visited her dear friend in his prison cell, lamenting the situation. When faced with his abandonment of the corrupt District he lived in, Kim prepared to "resign [his] stone", knowing his position was hopeless. Hearing this, Gyeong-eop released his bonds, reminding him a game must begin anew after one is lost. Giving him a chance to find someplace where he can garner the strength and abilities to challenge the corruption of the District, Gyeong-eop reinforced how little the Court will truly worry about where a branded prisoner is. Though Kim wished for her to join him in his escape, she rejected the notion. As she was already in a greater position of power, she chose to stay in the District, likening it to having an ally awaiting him within the tiger's den.

Deeply entwined in the notions of her home District, Im Gyeong-eop values order and respect above all else. She is steadfast in her role, notable for her skills honed in the court of battle, as well as an incredible intelligence. Despite this focus on order and law, she does not bind herself to the expectations of others, willingly breaking her role in favor of supporting the lower classes. When faced with Kim Lib's own disregard of "kleptocrats", she humored the man and contributed to the ideas he held of returning resources to the common folk, rather than hoarded in the Royal Court. She holds a casual side as well, being a frequenting drinking buddy of Kim during his time as a S Corp. bodyguard.

Gyeong-eop shows a great deal of resolve most during Kim's final days in S Corp.―while she was involved in his arrest and framing, she was also the one to free him, knowing the Royal Court would not chase after him. Even though she understood the action against him was unjust, she remained in S Corp. due to remaining tethered there. Even still, she cared for Kim's ability to one day return, and allow the District to find justice once more.
