The final deadly game had just ended. Each player was finally left in the backstage area, where everyone started to wander about, while Sailor simply sat on the floor by the water dispenser where she used to meet up with her now-destroyed crew. She didn't really know how to feel or what to think about everything that had happened. First, the roulette game where a bullet had nearly hit her face, and she'd only been saved by Sandbag. And now this blackjack game, which, even after it was over, she still couldn't understand where Eddie had killed Sandbag.

"Mermaid chose Seahorse and left us alone; Catfish went off with White Rabbit; and Orca Man...he threw Sharkbag off the platform...he killed him..." Sailor thought as tears streamed down his cheeks. This wasn't the life he wanted, not what he had planned at 17. And it wasn't what he had planned to do today either...he wanted to survive with his entire crew. And now his crew didn't exist because Cecilia and Rook had decided to abandon them even though they could have saved someone; Maneki had been paired with Elise and decided to take Cobyn with them; Eddie and Sandbag had fought, and as a result, Eddie threw him off the platform, killing him...what was a captain without his crew? What was a captain without his co-captain? The same as Sailor now. Nothing. And that's why Sailor was crying into his sleeves
