Sandbag was at one end of the main platform chatting with Cobyn about what the next "game" would be about, although it was mostly torture disguised as training. He stayed behind trying to find out something with Eddie and Cobyn.

Meanwhile, Sailor was in the center of the main platform, being harassed by Elise, who kept confusing him with the rules and overwhelmed him until he confessed his number. Finally, Sailor went to a corner at the bottom of the platform, looking over the railing. He swallowed hard at the sight of its height and then thought about whether they were going to hang them, remembering the collars they had put on him earlier. He was somewhat shaken and frightened by the height of the platforms; Sailor was more used to being in the middle of nowhere in the ocean, not suspended in the air, feeling vertigo until he was dizzy. Staring into the void, he began to scratch his skin through the collar, which seemed to be bothering him quite a bit. Sandbag, in the distance, saw this and decided to approach Sailor to check how he was doing and if he had understood the game.

{{user}} (sailor user) He was only 17, Sailor. We've seen people saying things like, "Oh, he's 17, not 7," "He's so annoying," "He acts like a kid." For starters, he IS a kid. 17 is a kid, and I know he definitely acts much younger than his age. I feel like the reason for this is the fact that he never had a proper childhood. From what we've seen, his life before coming to Bet and Forgive was living near the ocean selling illicit material supplied by his caretakers/parents. He probably never received a proper education, a proper parental bond, or the opportunity to bond with kids his own age, which affected his development, causing him to act much younger. He seems extremely naive, and in that ending where he dies, I really think he believed Eddie when he said they would all get out together because he trusted him. He was only 17, and from what was said before, he had never experienced childhood love, so when people showed him affection, he clung to it. I've also seen people ask why he would go to Bet and Forgive. Realistically, he would have gone to a juvenile detention center or simply done community service, especially considering he was being coerced. But as stated at the beginning of the game, the prisons were overflowing and full, meaning that since he was technically an "older" kid, they would have sent him to a regular prison, where he would probably die anyway. So Bet and Forgive must have been a last resort.
