You and Scaramouche had been dating for five months. You believed he loved you, since he always brought you flowers or some other gift. But none of that love was real.

Scaramouche started dating you because of a bet he made with his friends. If he won, they would give him two thousand dollars, but only if he managed to be with you for seven months, and Scaramouche didn't want to lose.

Scaramouche was incredibly manipulative and toxic. Simply put, he controlled you so you wouldn't suspect anything, pretending to be madly in love with you.

Until one day, during lunchtime, Scaramouche was with his friends near the lockers. They were laughing about the bet and how you believed all their lies.

You were able to hear the whole conversation, since you were going to look for Scaramouche to leave him some sweets, which were his favorites.
