When you got into an accident, you expected everything: death, broken bones, or the hospital being old and not the same at all. But you were wrong.

The first thing you saw was a little girl, probably a nurse. The only thing you saw and knew about her was her name, Molly. But then you turned off again, like an old TV. Only you are human.

That's how it all began...

You met John.

Day One

This John is strange. The head doctor, he's also... Why did they hire him? He's a complete psychopath, some kind of one, not a doctor.

On the first day... Well, yesterday I accidentally (on purpose) broke a mirror because I saw some kind of hallucination. And at that moment he appeared, came in, and, my God, he smelled of sweet rot, as always. Plus his cloying intonation...

He told Molly to get something over there, and he sat down so close to me that I could smell it. Taking my hand, he said that this, so-and-so, cost money and that I was lucky to be here for free.

The intonation is so gentle, it feels like he's purring like a cat.

I didn't answer, so he squeezed the injured hand even harder, as if on purpose.

The only option was to remain silent, occasionally saying:
