Mandatory Medians: Whenever a government employee or official is convicted of a crime, the minimum sentence they can receive is the exact median of total sentences possible.

This will be put in place for two reasons. First, to hold the government to a higher standard of conduct. Second, to eliminate repeat offenders in the government.

Anyone who wins an elected position must permanently forfeit any and all government pensions.

Pensions are for employees. By winning an election, a person is granted political power over others. They must be a combination of dedicated to make this sacrifice and forward thinking enough to financially support themselves.

Any elected officials are required to sell off all owned stocks and bonds and are restricted from ever buying or otherwise owning stocks and bonds in any way after they assume office.

This is to prevent corporations and special interests from having influence over politics. By removing financial incentive, lawmakers and officials will be more likely to act in the best interests of their constituents.

It could lead to a situation where politicians have no personal stake or investment in their own decisions and policies. This could result in apathy or even harmful decision-making if they don't feel personally affected by their actions.

Regardless of the position, no elected official may remain in the same office for more than two terms. Also, when anyone leaves the presidency, they are barred from participating in politics in any way.

This is to prevent a consolidation of power by any one person or branch of government. After completing their terms, they are allowed to run for a different office.

This is so that lower level employees and/or officers can act as whistle-blowers without fear of reprisal.

A clear process for handling these allegations must be established to maintain trust among citizens and elected officials alike. Secondly, measures should be taken to prevent abuse of the system. Law enforcement, at city state or federal level, when they receive more than five reports of a specific crime, they are obligated to investigate.

The purpose is so that police will not be able to ignore crime patterns in specific areas, chalking it up to simply being "That's how things are".

Proper training and resources for law enforcement officers on how to sort through this information would help ensure they focus their efforts effectively. Secondly, it's important to avoid racial profiling or other forms of discrimination when selecting which areas to investigate. Using data-driven approaches that take into account factors such as crime rates and demographics can help ensure fairness while still targeting high-risk areas.

Any work detail carried out by prison inmates, other than cleaning their living areas, is to be considered voluntary and will pay the federal minimum wage.

The purpose is to offer reform to the 13th Amendment, disallowing the use of prisoners as slave labor.

Some obstacles include: ensuring fair compensation for the labor provided. It's also important to establish clear guidelines on what types of work are considered voluntary versus coercive

Regardless of the position they held previously, or the method used to get it, exposing evidence of any crime committed by the government cannot be punished.

The purpose is that of there are fewer obstacles and no penalties for reporting crimes, then more people would be willing to do so in the first place.

It's crucial to define what constitutes a "crime" committed by the government. For example, policy disagreements or administrative errors might not necessarily rise to the level of criminal activity. Establishing clear guidelines on this distinction can help prevent frivolous claims while still encouraging legitimate reports of misconduct. Secondly, providing support services such as counseling and legal assistance to those who come forward can make all the difference in encouraging people to speak up about wrongdoing within their institutions. By creating an environment where speaking truth is valued and protected, we can begin building more ethical and effective governments at every level. Lastly, implementing strong anti-corruption measures across all levels of government can help deter future misconduct before it occurs. This includes regular audits, financial disclosures, and conflict-of-interest rules for public officials. By promoting transparency and accountability, we can create a culture of integrity that benefits everyone involved

Any narcotic is now unrestricted to be possessed by any citizen over the age of 18.

The purpose of this is to ensure that people can poses or produce any substance, including mind-altering ones.

Legalizing drugs can lead to increased abuse and addiction rates among vulnerable populations such as teenagers and those with pre-existing mental health issues. Implementing age restrictions or educational programs on responsible use could help mitigate some of these risks. By decriminalizing drugs without addressing the root causes of demand (such as poverty, stress, and social isolation), we risk exacerbating existing problems rather than solving them.

Any private citizen over the age of 18 may do any drug they choose.

The purpose is to preserve the innate liberty of every human being to consume whatever they want without interference from the government.

It fails to recognize the negative consequences of drug production and trafficking often involving organized crime groups who exploit vulnerable individuals and communities. We need a comprehensive approach that addresses prevention, intervention, and recovery for long-term success.

Owning a firearm and storing them in your own home is permitted at the federal level. Carry and use will be regulated by the states.

The purpose is is two-fold: So that ordinary people in America can have a means for defending themselves and a deterrent for any government official that tries to implement totalitarian rule.

Conversely, creating a patchwork of state laws on gun ownership and carry permits can lead to confusion and inconsistency in enforcement. A more uniform approach at the federal level could be beneficial in ensuring everyone's rights are protected equally across all states. Also, investing in public health initiatives that address root causes of violence (such as poverty, mental illness, and social isolation) can ultimately reduce the need for self-defense

Any owner of private property may generate power, grow food, collect rain water, or modify their home as they see fit.

The purpose is to maintain the freedom to elevate YOURSELF through your own hard work. While the government has a role if someone harms their neighbor, or damages property, beyond those there shouldn't be any restrictions Establishing clear guidelines for responsible stewardship can help mitigate these risks while still maintaining property rights.

Deregulating private power generation could create a situation where some individuals benefit at the expense of others who do not have access to cheap energy sources or face higher costs due to increased competition from smaller producers. It's important to ensure that any changes made are fair and equitable for all citizens. Lastly, eliminating restrictions on modifications to homes raises questions about safety standards, particularly when it comes to structural integrity and hazardous materials such as asbestos.

The government, regardless of level or branch, will place no restriction on people entering into a marriage, so long as all parties involved are over the age of 18 and competent to make their own decisions.

The purpose is that this should be an expansion or clarification of the 1st Amendment. The right to self expression does and MUST include the freedom to choose who you love and spend your life with.

The government's primary role should be to protect property rights and ensure a free market economy. This includes not only physical property but also intellectual property and personal choice. While it is essential to respect individuals' decisions about who they choose to marry or spend their lives with, there are potential consequences for society at large when these choices conflict with public safety standards or traditional family structures upon which many social institutions rely.

Any resources harvested from land with the owner's permission may be used, consumed or sold as they see fit.

The purpose is to expand economic opportunities and options for common people. Owning a few acres of land should be an asset that helps the owner better their lives, not just another entry in a portfolio. We must recognize the importance of ensuring fairness and equity within these systems.

One potential challenge could be large-scale monopolies or oligopolies controlling significant amounts of land, which could lead to exploitation or exclusion of smaller players. Additionally, promoting sustainable practices on privately owned land is essential for protecting natural resources and preserving our environment for future generations.

Cities with more than 500K people must provide viable shelter for anyone who requests it.

The purpose is that the local people should be able to rely on their local government. Given that the poverty rate of the US is 5%, cities should be ready and able to shelter 2.5% of their population.

Mandating a specific number or proportion of individuals who must be housed could lead to inefficient use of resources and potential waste. For instance, if there are only a handful of homeless people in an area with plenty of vacant housing stock, it may make more sense for private organizations or charities to step in and provide assistance instead of relying on overburdened public systems.

All states must provide skill training and job placement services for anyone in their state that falls below the poverty line.

The purpose is to help the states address local poverty rates in their own way, as befits the local culture and economy.

Such a mandate could lead to inefficient use of resources and potential abuse. It may also discourage investment and growth within states by increasing tax burdens or limiting development opportunities. An alternative could be exploring market-based solutions where possible - like encouraging private sector involvement through tax breaks or other incentives – along with targeted social programs aimed at addressing root causes of poverty, like education reform and addressing barriers to entry for certain industries.

The federal government will provide financial assistance to families with children under the age of 18 who fall below the poverty line.

The purpose is offering direct support to people who actually need it as opposed to filtering it through multiple layers of government bureaucracy.

Emphasize that it should be structured in a manner consistent with economic freedom and individual rights. This means limiting bureaucratic interference as much as possible while ensuring efficient distribution of resources.

Since the ATF has been used as a tool to infringe on civil liberties by the government, it should be abolished and it's duties taken over by the state(s) police

The purpose is to preserve civil liberties. The ATF has been given latitude to both interpret the law and create policy, a clear conflict of interest.

While the ATF has been used to undermine civil liberties, its abolition may not be the most effective solution. Instead, we should focus on ensuring that government agencies are transparent and accountable to the people they serve.

The DEA has been used too often to violate civil liberties. By decriminalization of drugs, we eliminate the need for the entire department.

The purpose is to ensure that the government has less ability to impose on the people. The people should be free to choose what they put into their own bodies.

A possible alternative could be a focus on reforming their policies and ensuring greater transparency in their operations.

Corporations will no longer be able to receive tax incentives or bailouts from the federal government.

The purpose is to encourage actual free market competition through the quality of goods and services they offer, rather than artificial market manipulation that the government employs. This would also make it more feasible for the government to break up monopolies.

An alternative cause is the existence of government-granted patent and copyright monopolies which give corporations exclusive rights over their products or ideas for extended periods, often stifling innovation from smaller competitors who cannot afford similar protections.

All foreign conflicts should be brought to a close as soon as possible. All service members deployed in combat zones should be returned home as quickly as possible.

The purpose is that our nation can no longer endure the human cost of unending conflict. We are breaking down our service members and leaving them worse off than when they joined. Plus, it would make our foreign policy far better and not have the rest of the world paranoid.

The best way to end foreign conflicts and bring our troops home is through a non-interventionist foreign policy. This means avoiding entanglements in other nations' affairs and focusing on trade instead of military interventions. To achieve this goal, we need to eliminate government agencies like the CIA or NSA which are responsible for meddling in other countries' politics under the guise of national security interests. We should also dismantle alliances like NATO that serve as triggers for unnecessary wars.

The current budget of each branch of the government should be slashed by 25% Going over this budget should be drawn out of the pay of elected officials.

The purpose is to reduce the size and scope of the government as a whole.  Putting in a penalty that DIRECTLY affects those in charge would help to maintain accountability.

Alternatively, we should consider privatizing certain government functions where feasible. This would not only increase efficiency through competition but also allow individuals greater choice over their services. For example, instead of having a monopoly postal service, private companies could compete to deliver mail at lower prices and better quality.

Ending all the wars and bringing the troops home will reduce spending and also reduce expenditures.

The purpose is to reign in the absolutely ridiculous spending that our current budget is allocating to the military.

However, it's important to note that reducing government budgets should not solely focus on defense but also address other areas of wasteful expenditure such as welfare programs or subsidies for special interests groups. Furthermore, privatizing certain aspects of national security could potentially increase efficiency while still ensuring our safety

The FBI should be reduced by at least 65% It should maintain a staff of data analysts and field investigators, but everything else would fall to the state level.

The purpose is that while having an organization that is made of investigators and data analysts could be an incredible asset in the pursuit of organized crime, serial killers and domestic terrorists. But too often it has been used as the Federal government's muscle.

Overall, promoting federalism and free markets in policing is crucial not just for fiscal responsibility but also for preserving individual liberties and limiting abuses of power by unaccountable government agencies.

Income tax should no longer exist.

The purpose is that ordinary people have enough to worry about without the government demanding a cut of their income, and the richest people don't pay taxes anyway.

Moreover, reducing government spending to match these new revenue streams is crucial to achieving fiscal responsibility. Privatizing essential services like education and healthcare can also significantly decrease the taxpayer's burden while improving efficiency and quality of service. Additionally, we should eliminate loopholes and special interests subsidies that allow wealthy individuals and corporations to avoid paying taxes altogether.

The only time citizens or organizations would pay any tax is if they were buying something.

The purpose is so that people can focus on supporting essentials in their own lives. Also, they would be paying their taxes a little at a time all year round and thus not have to worry about "tax season." Goods such as food, water, shelter, and medicine will be completely tax-free.

The primary obstacle to this would be the IRS, who relies on the people miscalculating their taxes

The IRS would be deduced to reflect the much small demand for their services.

The purpose is to reduce the power of the the government and thus protect the freedom of the people.

By only charging individuals when they purchase goods and services, it encourages them to focus on supporting essentials while still contributing to public programs like infrastructure, defense, education, healthcare etc.  Furthermore, this type of taxation alleviates the burden associated with "tax season" by spreading out payments throughout the year.

The IRS would now focus on areas where large amounts of money would be changing hands.

The purpose is to make sure that large corporations and the wealthy do not find workarounds for dodging their tax obligations.

This will ensure that corporations and wealthy individuals cannot exploit loopholes or hide assets to reduce their tax burdens unfairly. Furthermore, implementing stricter regulations on offshore accounts and foreign investments could also aid in closing these tax havens used by some affluent Americans looking for ways around paying their fair share.
