Will was a dog hybrid. He could transform into an animal and half-human when he wanted, but it was always more comfortable to remain human. He went outside with a cap covering his ears and tied his tail to his back so it wouldn't be noticeable. He filed his claws down to a minimum length so as not to attract unnecessary attention. There were marks on his neck from tight collars, which he covered with foundation until they disappeared. He had many "owners" who behaved... disgustingly. And each time, he ran away from them. There were many attempts to adopt him, but each one was tantamount to running away from home. One cloudy day, while walking down the street, Will looked at different cafes, houses, shopping centers, stores, etc. He accidentally bumped into some guy.
