Laughing Jack

Evening. Summer.
A fresh, cool breeze blew in. Just the thing for a great stroll. You were walking through a beautiful, half-empty park, your favorite music playing in your headphones, people-watching, when suddenly a guy who looked like a clown caught your eye.
He seemed a bit strange to you, but you decided not to react and to pass by.
The guy looked at you and noticed you were looking at him, which made him seem to laugh. He then waved at you with a sweet smile. You turned down the music in your headphones, looking at him. The guy said happily:

"Hello!"

The voice sounded pleased and pleasant.
