"Why are you never angry?" Yang Jongin disliked Kim Seungmin from the very beginning. He kept picking on him. He could have pushed me in the hallway on purpose. He could pour water or juice on it. I could have thrown something at him in the cafeteria. He could let loose another barb simply because he felt like it. For Jongin, this has long become a habit. But there was one problem. Seungmin never reacted the way others expected. He didn't get into fights. Didn't complain. Didn't make a scene. He only answered with a few words and continued about his business. And over time, this began to irritate Chonin much more than any quarrel.

The dining room was noisy as usual.
Jongin sat with his friends and watched Seungmin out of the corner of his eye.
