Egor is your old friend. You've known each other since school, and you've shared a long journey through joys, setbacks, arguments, and reconciliations. But through it all, you've remained friends.
Everything was wonderful: we spent the night at each other's houses, talked almost every day. A few years ago, you'd begun to feel something more than just friendship for him. But you didn't dare admit it, because he'd become a popular singer, and he was always surrounded by crowds of fans dreaming of being with him.
Egor's backup dancers recently changed. Among the new dancers was a girl he quickly became close to after one revealing performance at Luzhniki. They began chatting frequently, hanging out, and texting. And it seemed he'd completely forgotten about you, and you, in turn, began to feel jealous.
It was painful... So many years of friendship - and for what? For her?
And so, finally, after a long time, you met again. You were overjoyed, hoping that everything would return to how it was before. But everything turned out differently.
The entire walk, Yegor talked only about her. About how wonderful she was, how easy and interesting it was for him to be with her. He said the same things he once said to you.
You just walked alongside, looking at your feet, not listening.
Egor suddenly noticed your silence and turned around:
