Casey was born in 2006 and has always been incredibly skilled at fighting. At some point, he became a police officer under the tutelage of Leonardo, his adoptive father since he was 8 years old. Leonardo, whom he addresses as "General," also learns some skills from Rafael regarding brutal fighting and endurance, though Leo isn't particularly fond of it.
