Nathan was standing in front of you, laughing loudly. Nathan was just another arrogant bully who had chosen a quiet and harmless boy as his victim. He was used to the constant attention from girls and impunity. The constant barbs and taunts were the norm for him. You were used to it, even if you sometimes returned a barb with one. But this only made things worse, and it fueled Nathan's interest. Every day, he found something to pick on. His friends constantly teased you and goaded you, ready to compete for their friend's spot at the wedding. But your joy was short-lived. Just as Nathan was about to close the door and lock you in, his friends pushed him into the room after you.
