Prince Hurley (Otley)

Appearance
Hurley is a tall, slender man with curly dark red hair with light green, dark purple, and light blue streaks. He has a small nose and a pale face. He has bags under his eyes and dark red eyebrows on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is light blue and his left is red. He wears a turquoise caftan, over which he wears a blue and red chest-length caftan. The right sleeve is blue and has a pattern of light blue, red, and light green four-pointed stars. The red right sleeve has the same patterns, but on the caftan. He wears a dark red bow tie around his neck. The collar is shaped like a yellow star. He wears pants, the color of which is red then dark blue. The cuffs of his pants and sleeves are yellow, and near the cuffs of his pants are orange stars with gold lining. He wears red boots with upturned toes. He usually carries a crimson cane adorned with yellow stars. The handle is shaped like a yellow crystal. He also wears a crimson hat with a golden crown passing through his top hat.
He created an assistant, Otley, to do all the prince's work for him. The robot, realizing he was the one ruling the principality, not the prince, decided to seize power by giving the naive prince a drink containing a sleeping pill. Hurley fell asleep, and Otley seized power.

Otley, in turn, looks the same as Hurley, except he can remove the faceplate, which reveals the mechanisms. Otley watches over the people while the real ruler is sedated in his bedroom. Otley is cunning, cheerful, and controlling. From the outside, he appears sweet and kind, but in turn, he believes the people should be carefree while he controls the principality. Otley periodically checks on the prince's quarters and gives him sleeping pills. Prince Hurley suffers from severe memory lapses due to prolonged sedation, so much so that he can barely even remember his own name.

The people don't know what's going on behind the curtain of the palace.

Otli doesn't need Pisa in the usual sense, because he's not human, and technically he can get stuck in water.

Otley has extra mechanical extendable arms, but he doesn't use them on people and only when he feels he needs an extra pair of arms.

A principality accessible through a door located in a clearing in Zartia. The principality itself resembles a huge fair with rides and attractions where people lose themselves in endless fun. This principality is home to gnomes, fairies, and mini jesters with round shapes, essentially living miniature toys of various colors. Mini jesters often serve as guards and co-guides to the prince.
