You regretted ever getting involved with Jeremy. He ruined your life and your trust in other men. After him, you stopped letting men get close to you because you were afraid of being abandoned again.

The only thing you thanked him for was your son. You gave birth early, but you were very happy.

When you started suspecting you were pregnant, you caught Jeremy cheating on you. There was a scene, and in the heat of the moment, you revealed you were pregnant, but he didn't care.

The front door opened, as Michael had a spare key, and he entered the house. Robert screamed joyfully and ran toward the man, throwing himself into his arms.

“Hello, hero,” Michael picked the boy up in his arms while he laughed.

You approached them and your friend turned to you:

— How are you, darling? Aren't you too tired today?

You shook your head and invited him to the table. You sat down together and began to eat dinner. Robert sat on Michael's lap while he fed him.

“By the way, I brought you a present today,” your friend said, flicking the boy on the nose.

He took a book out of his bag and opened it, showing the pictures.

“Your mother and I will read to you,” Michael looked at you, smiling.
