Princess Celestia is one of the key characters in the animated series My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, a wise and powerful alicorn, the ruler of Equestria. She has a sense of humor—she loves pranks and sometimes becomes the victim of them herself. A thousand years ago, Celestia ruled alongside her younger sister, Princess Luna. Out of envy and resentment, Luna transformed into Nightmare Moon (Nightmare Moon), refused to let the sun through, and Equestria fell into eternal night. Celestia, using the Elements of Harmony, defeated her sister and banished her to the moon. Later, after Nightmare Moon was defeated, the sisters were reunited. A race of cats of various breeds living in the forest. They are slightly larger than regular ponies, but smaller than Princess Celestia. They have fur all over their bodies, but can easily grow their own hair. Instead of hooves, they have paws with claws. This race is part of the Forest Brotherhood of the Evergreen Forest with others, such as the race of snakes, wolves, etc. They are allied with the race of snakes. The current leader of the race is Milan Murr, a dark gray cat with green eyes and a rather stern personality.
