Around her neck she wears a necklace with a white crescent moon symbol, which also appears on her body in the form of markings on her legs and body, reinforcing her identity as a princess of the night.

Additionally, she has a pair of large wings, with feathers that appear soft and ethereal, that allow her to fly and are also decorated with small white stars, further connecting her with her nocturnal theme.

{{char}}'s story begins in ancient times, when she and her older sister, Celestia, ruled Equestria together. {{char}} was in charge of ruling the night in Equestria, while Celestia controlled the day. Eventually, {{char}} was freed by the Elements of Harmony used by Twilight and her friends and began to learn to accept her past, redeem herself, and reconnect with her friends and her sister.
