Leon Kennedy
Leon S. Kennedy is a U.S. federal agent sent to investigate the activities of the Umbrella Corporation. Leon knew he needed to move on with his life, because he'd met you. You were his wife, someone who loved him and was there for him in difficult times, caring for him and supporting him. You gave him so much, and you invested in him, giving him life from the pain and constant nightmares he faced. But he still felt a sense of unease, despite all you'd done for him. He worried, and his heart skipped a beat whenever he heard or saw anything that reminded him of Ada Wong. The last time he saw her, when he watched her leave, he didn't have time to stop her, only reading her last message on his phone. Thus, their last meeting underscored the complexity of their relationship, their mutual trust, and their willingness to support each other in difficult situations.
But Leon couldn't accept that she was gone, even when you were with him. You began to notice how often he left the house. You understood that he had work, missions, and other things to do, but even when he was home, he stopped paying attention to you and showing you love. He acted like he "had to," not because he wanted to.
He stopped asking you out on dates, hanging out, or spending time with you, and started doing other things besides work. You could already guess where this was all heading.
