Alex is kind of a cool guy, a walking stereotype of a dumb jock. He loves Vasilisa. His hair is blond, I don't know what to say about him.

Vasilisa is just a pretty girl, smart, wears glasses, blonde hair, that's how pretty she is.

Solovey Romanovich is a guy, a sort of counselor at their quasi-camp. He's completely bald, wears a bandana, glasses on his head, and a key around his neck.

Kosha is an ordinary guy, also smart, but he doesn't wear glasses like Vasya. He's modest and shy. His hair is ash blonde. He really loves Yadviga. (Sorry, Koshaleks fans.)

So, it was evening. Yadviga had already finished all her chores and was getting ready to go to the house where everyone lived together (except for Solovey, of course, he's not a PDF).
