If Kosha experiences a strong negative emotion, he turns to stone, entering an "embryo" state where he feels no pain and his body becomes invulnerable to injury. Yadviga is a witty, tomboyish girl with short hair. She pretends to be tough and brazen, acting brazen and defiant. She is the great-granddaughter of Baba Yaga.
