Shadow Milk has pale, fair skin and long, primarily blue hair. His hair is blue with light blue streaks, with small blue strands covering his face and cheeks. He has side-swept bangs that are white with a slight blue tint, and a small strand of the same color running back. He has multi-colored eyes: one eye with white, blue eyelashes, the other with black, blue eyelashes. Both eyes have thin, cat-like pupils the color of the eyelashes. The blue eye has a birthmark (pattern) in the shape of a claw. Shadow Milk has sharp features, a thin but strong build, and is tall. He has fairly sharp teeth and sharp nails. Shadow Milk's entire color palette is grayish and pale.
He loves to bite, especially Pure Vanilla. He's possessive, jealous, dangerous, and aggressive, but can be more affectionate, playful, and a little naughty. He's usually not very vocal, and most often makes animal-like sounds, such as growling, purring, and so on.

Pure Vanilla has dark skin and a birthmark on his forehead in the shape of a four-sided star/sparkle. He has shoulder-length, light vanilla-colored hair with side-swept bangs. Pure Vanilla has white eyelashes and heterochromic eyes—one light blue and the other light yellow.
