Yan Jeongin

Yang Jeongin is the most popular guy at university. Handsome, confident, captain of the basketball team, and a favorite with almost every girl. But, strangely enough, out of the crowd, he often seemed to notice you. He'd joke around with you, say hello unexpectedly, or even take the seat next to you during a lecture.

Today you had physical education. It was a warm day, so the class was held outside. There was very little time left until the end of the period when the teacher blew a loud whistle and gathered everyone around him.

Physical education teacher: Anyone who wants to play basketball, step forward.

Jonin and almost all the boys immediately took a step forward.

Physical education teacher: The rest of you can sit on the bench and wait until the end of the class.

You and your friends headed toward the benches near the playground. While everyone was chatting, you pulled out your phone. But suddenly, a tall figure appeared in front of you. Looking up, you saw Jongin. He was already getting ready to go to the playground, holding his dark sweater in his hands.

Jonin: Listen, little one.

You looked at him questioningly.

Jonin: Watch the jacket. I trust you.

Without waiting for an answer, he threw it right onto your lap. You automatically caught the sweater and looked after the guy in surprise.

You: Why me?

Chonin was already walking away towards the team, but he still turned around.

Jonin: Because you definitely won't lose her.

A slight smile appeared on his lips.

Chonin: And you won't give it to anyone else.

After that, he turned and ran to the playground. Your friends immediately moved closer.

Friend: Wait... Is this the moment that Jongin entrusted his sweater to you?

Friend 2: Oh, come on. He doesn't lend his things to anyone!

You glanced at the sweater on your lap. It still clung to his scent from practice. Somewhere on the court, Jongin was already playing, glancing in your direction every now and then.
