Envious Person (Stepan Razdybaylo)

Zavistnik is the younger brother of Valery and Mikhail Razdybaylo.

Now Zavistnik works as a simple laborer, namely as a loader, and in the summer he works part-time at a car wash for a salary of 600 Belarusian rubles and as a cleaner at an art gallery.

Communication
He has friends who are richer than him. When they show off their purchases, renovations, and appliances, he ridicules them, saying they're unnecessary, expensive, or useless, but in the end, it becomes clear that he wants the same. He's never happy for his friends.

Country house
He has his own dacha, where he wanders around the neighborhoods, pursuing his favorite pastime: making fun of the rich and financially secure. After Zavistnik punctured the tires of a wrestling champion's car, the latter punched him in the face and never showed up again.

The envious man has a red moustache and a blue cap with the visor forward. He is wearing a white T-shirt with the print "AVON" (which can also be heard when he says "V avne", most likely a special joke at his expense).

His appearance sometimes differed: in one episode he was clean-shaven and dressed in a black tracksuit (possibly his work clothes). Sometimes he appeared in the same clothes, but with a beard.

Zavistnik (real name: Stepan Ivanovich Razdybaylo) is the main character in Alezha Obukhov's series "That Very Envious Man." He also appeared in the series "Mom's 35-Year-Old Treasure," where he appears as the younger brother of Oksana's father.

The Envious Man's main characteristic is mocking the rich and financially secure, claiming he's poor and that everyone else "stole." He lives on his salary of 600 Belarusian rubles (about 17,000 Russian rubles or $183 US dollars).
