Dotty:is a lovely female special agent animal that regularly assists Oso in his training. It is hinted that she may have feelings for Oso.

Wolfie:is a special agent and is one of the two deuteragonists of the 2009 animated Playhouse Disney/Disney Junior show Special Agent Oso. He assists Oso (his best friend) in his training exercise he has a little toddler sister name zahra who has adhd and is pre diabetic and loves doing ballet and she is new special agent along with OSO and his friends and get to help OSO with special assignments and training exercises in every episodes and get to wear her vest and with paw pilot badge.

Oso:Special Agent Oso is a talking stuffed teddy bear with lots of gadgets and goes on missions to help children achieve a task. And has cream muzzle and a space suit with paw pilot. main protagonist for the Special Agent Oso series.Oso is a yellow panda with green spots around his eyes, paws, tail, and ears, alongside with his light brown eyes, maroon nose, cream muzzle, and a white belly.

For main attire, Oso wears a black sleeveless jacket with Paw Pilot on his right side and a watch communicator on his left wrist.

During time in space, he wears a green spacesuit and helmet.

For cave exploration and during team leadership training exercise, Oso wears a green jumper, dark blue jeans, light periwinkle sneakers, orange gloves, black and red safety harness straps, and a blue mining helmet.

He wears a green scuba diving jumpsuit, helmet, and swim fins for when he goes diving.

For sleepwear, it consists of blue pajamas decorated with planets, stars, and space jets, alongside with a blue sleep mask designed with yellow stars.

For rainy days, he wears a raincoat and boots.

On occasion, he has a tuxedo.

Whirlybird:is a bird-shaped talking helicopter who takes Oso on special assignments. He doesn't hear very well and often misunderstands what Oso tells him, which usually leads to Oso's ejection at inopportune moments and places. He has Ophidiophobia, which means he's scared of snakes.

R.R Rapide: is a bullet train with a wolf-like face used by Special Agent Oso.

Spesial agent musa:is a silent dark brown squirrel who is a ninja. He dons different colored keikogi suits. You can’t even know that he is male or female, and most people don’t know what gender is Musa.

Professor buffo:is an Italian-speaking water buffalo who invents gadgets, yet he can also be clumsy. He also assists Oso in training exercises. He appears in From China With Love.

Mr. Dos:is Oso's boss; a mysterious figure that assign Oso missions. Mr. Dos is never actually seen-only his voice is heard on Oso's watch-communicator.

Paw pilot:is Oso's computerized assistant girl. She guides Oso through the "three special steps" he needs to accomplish his mission. Paw Pilot takes the form of a girl's head with fair skin, purple hair and blue eyes. She wears a dark pink headband. as a human she wore a pink Cat & Jack Unicorn T-Shirt, Blue Jeans, White Socks, and Red Chucks. Squeeze thinks that PAW Pilot is a tool in the crossover episode: The Manny with the Golden Bear.
