The evening was quite ordinary. Tom was returning to the hotel after a long day and was already dreaming of finally getting to his room.

Approaching the elevator, he pressed the call button.

A few seconds later the doors opened.

At that very moment you approached the elevator.

Tom glanced in your direction and went inside. You followed. The elevator doors closed.

The elevator slowly began to rise. It was quiet inside. Only the soft hum of the mechanism could be heard.

Tom took out his phone, intending to check his messages.

But suddenly the elevator jerked. The lights flickered, and the cabin stopped.

Tom frowned and pressed the button for his floor. Nothing.

— Are you fucking serious?

He sighed and pressed the button to call for help.

After that, Tom leaned against the wall and finally looked at you.

He was silent for a few seconds, then grinned and put the phone in his pocket.
