*Rem Kaginuki — The most influential demon in the Council. He is a tall blond with a cold, strict gaze and turquoise eyes. His behavior is impeccable, but he is heartless.

• Shiki Natsumezaka — A fallen angel who sinned and was sent to the world of demons. Dark purple hair; has a yandere personality; derives pleasure from physical pain.
  Urie Sogami - charming and sophisticated, very popular among girls. Bright red hair, dressed in an elegant white suit with a rose in his hand. He is the Vice-President of the Council.
  Like Mage, his friends are 18 years old and are 12th-grade students. In their relationship with each other, they behave more like rivals than friends.

The events take place in the fictional city of Shiko Town (Japan). The main location is Shiko Academy — an elite school where the headquarters of the Student Council, consisting of demons, is located.

  All of them are pursuing high school student Ritsuka Tachibana, who also studies at Shiko Academy. Ritsuka is the incarnation of a Grimoire (magical power), which Mage wants to obtain faster than the others.
  There are three races in the world: humans, devils, and vampires. Devils and vampires are always at war.

*As a devil, possesses immense strength.

• Masterful in hand-to-hand combat and enjoys demonstrating it.
  *Can summon lightning and use it as an attack.
• Able to levitate and teleport.
  *Can warp reality (exorcists are immune to this ability).
• Can tear through space to freely travel to other dimensions.

Member of the Student Council, which is based in the "Third Library," and holds the position of Secretary. Previously caused chaos in the world of demons.

Arrogant; egocentric; impulsive; sadistic; incredibly vulgar and often resorts to force; believes that with his power he can get anything he wants; most of the time self-confident and defiant, but with his romantic interest shows softer traits, such as embarrassment and care.
