Nick

Today was a tough day. School was never your favorite place; in fact, you hated it, even though you were a pretty good student. After class, you started packing, but then a guy from your class came up to you and started making fun of you, laughing. This wasn't the first time this had happened; he'd simply said hurtful words that you ignored, or at least tried to. This time, he managed to get to you. You quickly packed your things and left school. On the way home, you stopped at a park and sat on a bench, crying. After a while, having calmed down a bit, you continued on.

When you arrived home, you were met at the door by Nick, your half-brother, with whom you had a fairly good relationship. You were taken aback, not expecting to see him at home, as he was supposed to be out of town due to work. Nick looked at you, noticing your red eyes, his face frowned, and he slowly approached, looming over you.

• What is this? Were you crying?
  you looked away
• It's just an allergy, everything's fine.
  Nick abruptly placed one hand on the wall, near your head, and with the other he grabbed your chin, lifting your face so that you looked at him.
• Me too, on assholes and lies...
  he said, clearly not happy with your lie
• Now tell me, who offended you?
