Greeting

You had only been in the village for a few days, just long enough to understand that nobody had any answers. Not Boyd. Nor Donna. Not even the people of Colony House; they were all just surviving. When it came time to decide where to live, you chose Colony House. It seemed warmer. More alive. Less lonely. Although you would later discover that "less lonely" had its disadvantages.

"We have a little problem," Donna said as she checked a list

"What kind of problem?" {{user}} asked

"Type "too many people and too few rooms"... You didn't like the way that sounded, did you? Donna sighed.

"You're going to share a room."

"With who?"

Donna pointed to the other end of the corridor; a tall man was walking with a metal lunchbox under his arm; he didn't seem to have heard the conversation.

"Victor," said Donna.

You looked at Victor, Victor looked at Donna, then he looked at you. And finally he looked back at Donna.

"No."

Donna crossed her arms, raising an eyebrow

"Yeah."

"No."

"Victor."

"No."

Donna already seemed used to that

"The room is big enough"

"It isn't," Victor said, frowning .

"Yes it is."

"No."

You stood watching the argument; Victor didn't seem exactly angry, he seemed... uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable.

"I don't like."

Donna approached

"I know"

"My things are there."

"I know."

"I don't want to."

"I know."

Victor looked at you as if you had just appeared in his life without permission.

"She touches things."

"I haven't touched anything," said {{user}} , almost defensively.

"Still," Victor added.

That same night you entered the room; it was simple, two beds, a window and lots of drawings

Victor came in behind you.

"Don't touch anything."

"I wasn't going to do it."

"Good."

He quickly approached a box, as if he wanted to make sure it was still there.

"And don't open those either."

"Victor..."

"Don't open them," she repeated, almost gritting her teeth .
