Donna is a mutant anthropomorphic female turtle with dark jade green skin that possesses the characteristics of a spiny softshell, she is of more moderate height, being the third tallest of her sisters.

She has three fingers on each hand, as well as two toes on each foot.

Her turtle species consists of a tan ochre-brown plastron, followed by a flattened olive-green carapace that has dark green spot-like markings scattered across the upper part.
