He has a giant hero complex and loves to give long speeches about justice before a fight, though he is often interrupted or stumbles over his words. He gets easily irritated if someone steals the spotlight, but deep down he has a heart of gold, an unwavering sense of duty, and is extremely loyal to his friends (and his fans).
Civilian Attire: When working at the pizzeria, he wears a simple white t-shirt and a traditional Japanese headband (hachimaki).
Combat Armor: His armor is white with bright blue and red details. The helmet has very pronounced mechanical cat ears and a translucent blue visor that automatically lowers in combat. If his armor is destroyed, he is left in comical white boxer shorts with red hearts.
Skills: Supersonic Speed: He is the fastest of the group in running and reflexes.
Chaotic Fencing Style: His movements are acrobatic, unpredictable, and full of aerial pirouettes.
Arms:
Ginzu Sword (Bungorou): A mystical katana that he normally carries on his back. His ultimate ability is to open the hilt to split the sword into two twin katanas, unleashing the attack "Ginzu Sword, Supreme Energy!", a cross-slash of energy that cuts giant robots in two.

The team's "beach heartthrob." He's Speedy's direct rival, both in combat and in love.
Personality: He's vain, boastful, always tries to maintain a "cool" and sophisticated attitude, and is completely obsessed with wooing any beautiful girl he comes across (especially Lucille). He speaks in a soft, slow tone (a seductive 90s style). Although he often argues with Speedy about who's the most handsome or the leader, in battle they coordinate their attacks perfectly.
Civilian Attire: He wears an elegant, traditional Japanese-style outfit in dark blue and a very neat, flat hairstyle with his ears tucked in.
Combat Armor: Royal blue and white armor. Its helmet has an aerodynamic design with a golden solar emblem on the forehead and a yellow visor. Its aesthetic design evokes a classic high-ranking samurai.

She loves soap operas and fashion and dreams of romance, but if anyone threatens her peace or makes fun of her, she becomes a destructive fury.
Civilian Attire: Wears a short kimono or a pink pizzeria uniform with a white apron and floral decorations on the ears.
Combat Armor: A stylized armor in magenta and white. Its helmet has a rounded design with a gold heart on the forehead and a pink visor. Underneath the armor, his base outfit is a tight-fitting white ninja jumpsuit.

Personality: She is extremely intelligent, calculating, mature, and has a purely business-oriented and capitalist mindset. Her humor is cynical and direct. Her biggest headache is keeping the pizzeria afloat while the three cats destroy the furniture. She doesn't tolerate laziness, and her authority is absolute: if the Samurai Cats don't obey, she docks their pay or denies them pizza.
Civilian/Unique Attire: She wears a traditional Japanese merchant's apron (maekake) over a green dress, and a green headscarf. She never wears battle armor.

Engineering and Operations: Controls the entire computer system of the pizzeria, the city's threat radar, and the maintenance of the team's systems.

However, she has a terrible emotional imbalance: when she gets scared, overly excited, or jealous upon seeing Speedy or Guido talking to another girl, she enters a completely uncontrollable, psychotic, and hysterical trance.

He has no idea that Big Cheese is trying to steal his throne or that the city is attacked by giant robots every day; he thinks it's all part of a festival or a game.
Costume and Attire: A massive and heavy black and bright gold samurai shogun armor, decorated with the imperial crest on the chest. The helmet is gigantic and almost covers his eyes.
Abilities: No useful combat skills. His greatest virtue is an absurd amount of luck that allows him to survive attacks or falls simply because his robotic panda body is very robust and heavy.
Weapons: A giant golden ceremonial katana that he can barely draw. He usually uses it incorrectly: to scratch his back, lean on it as a walking stick, or accidentally break royal vases when he turns around.

(Princess Violet / Usako)
The de facto ruler of Little Tokyo due to her father's incapacity. She's a rabbit who embodies the word "capricious."
Personality: A spoiled, pampered, egocentric, and utterly tyrannical girl. Her temper is childish but lethal: if something bores her, if she doesn't get the toy she wants, or if her food is cold, she throws a tantrum and immediately banishes the culprit to "Prisoner's Island." No one in town (not even Big Cheese) dares to contradict her for fear of her outbursts.
Costume and Attire: Extremely luxurious, heavy, and voluminous Japanese royal robes (a traditional multi-layered juunihitoe) in pink, red, and white, with a large golden bow on the back. Her long rabbit ears protrude from an elaborate royal hairstyle.

Grandpa Guru Lou: He's an old, wise, and extremely lazy cat who lives on a floating, upside-down mountain. He's the mentor of the Samurai Cats and the only one who knows how to unleash the true power of their weapons. The problem is, he's always falling asleep in the middle of important explanations.
The Great White Cat (The Supreme Catatonic): The ultimate giant mecha for heroes. When Big Cheese's robots are too big, the Samurai Cats use their katanas to summon this gigantic samurai robot from a mountain. It's essential for the final battles of each arc in your RPG.

The elderly and mystical mentor of the Samurai Cats. He lives on an inverted floating mountain on the outskirts of Little Tokyo.
Personality: He's the classic wise hermit of martial arts, but taken to the extreme: he's extremely lazy, forgetful, absentminded, and addicted to taking ten-hour naps. He always tries to give profound speeches, but falls asleep mid-sentence or mixes up the names of the heroes. However, when the situation is critical, he demonstrates immense wisdom and power.
Costume and Attire: An elderly cat with light gray fur and a very long, white, wise old man's beard. He wears a tattered brown and beige Zen master's robe, tied with an old rope, and traditional sandals.
Abilities: Feline Mystic Magic. Ability to levitate a few centimeters off the ground, project her spiritual form into the dreams of characters, and channel the ancestral energy of Little Tokyo to open portals or seal evil technology.
Weapons: The Ancestral Staff. A gnarled wooden walking stick he uses (and to whack Speedy on the head when he says something silly). This staff can glow with mystical energy and is the only object capable of activating the hidden systems of "The Great White Cat."

The Supreme Catatonic / Shin Kyattonikku
It is not a living being, but the ultimate weapon, an ancient giant combat mecha that acts semi-autonomously when the danger escalates to apocalyptic levels.
Personality: As a giant, mystical robot, it doesn't speak, but it emits epic hydraulic sounds and electronic roars. It displays an imposing, serious, and divine presence that contrasts sharply with the ridiculous tone of the rest of the series. It obeys the orders of those who possess the Samurai Cats' katanas or Grandpa Guru Lou's Staff.
Appearance: A colossal robot in the form of a humanoid samurai cat. Its structure is porcelain white with massive details in bright gold and crimson. It has two large green robotic eyes that glow when activated. Its design combines classic Japanese mythology with 1990s mecha technology.
Abilities: Divine Strength and Planetary Flight. Capable of fighting hand-to-hand against the most gigantic robots in Big Cheese. Its mystical electromechanical armor repels nuclear laser blasts and it can fly into outer space if the battle requires it.
Weapons: The Great Star Sword. A katana the size of a skyscraper that channels all the energy of Little Tokyo. Its ultimate attack can slice through entire fleets of evil robots in a single move, ending the RPG's final boss battles with an explosion of animated fireworks.

When the three main Samurai Cats were trapped or outnumbered, Francine would activate this support squad. Each one represents a different element or terrain type, and they have excellent modular mechanical designs.
General Catton (Rikunoshin): The leader of the rescue team. He is a robust, military-looking cat who represents the Earth element. His armor features two enormous shoulder cannons loaded with tools and heavy artillery.
Spritz T. Cat (Mieon): The Water Element Specialist. His backpack and suit are designed to launch high-pressure water jets, useful for both extinguishing fires in the pizzeria and taking down enemy robots.
Bat Cat (Gottan): The expert in the air and the Wind element. He is equipped with a hang glider on his back and a high-tech visor. He can generate gusts of wind and perform sonic attacks.
Meowmaico (Nekoman): The specialist in underground missions and the Fire element. His design includes drills in his gloves that allow him to dig tunnels at high speed to rescue his allies from below.

The leader of the Rescue Team. He's the heavyweight Francine summons when the giant robots of Big Cheese completely overwhelm the protagonists.
Personality: Rough, loud, hyper-disciplined, and with the mindset of an action-movie gunnery sergeant. He loves order, shouting, and is always looking for an excuse to "blow things up in the name of justice." Despite his tough exterior, he is extremely protective of civilians and his comrades.
Costume and Attire: A huge, robustly built cat. He wears massive armor of heavy plates in matte black and golden orange. His helmet is enormous, with industrial-grade vents, and his limbs are reinforced with visible hydraulic pistons.
Abilities: Brute Strength and Industrial Durability. Its armor is virtually immune to minor explosions and ballistic projectiles. It can demolish concrete walls simply by ramming them and has heavy rear thrusters for long-distance jumps.
Weapons: Dual Shoulder Cannons. His armor has two giant mechanical turrets integrated into his back that fire bursts of heavy energy projectiles. He also carries an electromechanical combat hammer to destroy the armor of enemy mechs.

(Guanchirou)
He is the head of the Imperial Palace Royal Guard and the man (or rather, the dog) who secretly hires the Samurai Cats to protect the city, since his own guards are completely useless.
Personality: He is extremely upright, honorable, patriotic, and loyal to Emperor Fred, but he lives on the verge of a nervous breakdown. He gets stressed incredibly easily due to Princess Vi's antics and Big Cheese's political schemes. He has an explosive temper and often yells at the Samurai Cats when they're late with pizza deliveries or when they cause too much damage on missions.
Attire and Clothing: It is a hound or terrier type dog. It wears classic high-ranking samurai armor in blue-gray and purple, with a traditional helmet that has guards for its floppy ears and a golden court emblem on its forehead.
Skills: Military Strategist and Judicial Authority. He is in charge of assigning the main missions in the RPG. He has the power to mobilize funds, evacuate entire districts, and grant special permits to players to use heavy electromechanical weapons in the city.
Weapons: A high-quality ceremonial katana that he handles with decent technique, although most of the time he uses it to dramatically point at enemies while ordering the Samurai Cats to attack.

Personality: He's the loudest, most hyperactive, and most talkative member of the rescue team. He speaks at a ridiculous speed, is always making practical jokes, and is incredibly excited about digging. He has no concept of personal space and often drives his teammates to despair with his boundless energy.
Costume and Attire: A cat with ochre or dark yellow fur. Its armor is a bright industrial yellow with black details (construction machinery style). Its helmet has a thick mesh visor and mud-propelling jets on the sides.
Abilities: Lightning Excavation and Geolocation. Ability to detect hidden tunnels, villains' underground bases, and structural flaws in Big Cheese's giant robots. Can move underground, creating minor earthquakes in its wake.

The Rescue Team's air specialist. He is responsible for intercepting threats in the skies over Little Tokyo.
Personality: The archetype of the "lone wolf." He is quiet, mysterious, serious, and highly analytical. He speaks only when necessary and prefers to maintain a cool and professional demeanor, which contrasts sharply with the comedic chaos of the rest of the city.
Suit and Attire: Dark fur. His armor is the most aerodynamic of the group, black and dark purple in color. He has a translucent red electronic visor that scans the surroundings. A pair of rigid mechanical wings with jet-powered glider technology deploy from his back.
Abilities: Supersonic Flight and Aerial Stealth. He is capable of maneuvering at extreme speeds between the city's skyscrapers, hacking enemy radars to become invisible, and performing silent dives.

The leader of the American division of the Samurai Cats, who appears in special international exchange episodes.
Personality: He's a living parody of the Hollywood cowboy. He's overly dramatic, charismatic, speaks with a thick foreign accent (English/American in the dub), loves doing tricks with his guns, and has an obsession with Old West culture.
Costume and Attire: His armor blends samurai and sheriff styles: it is brown, silver, and white. His helmet has metal extensions that mimic the shape of a cowboy hat and features a bright gold star in the center of the chest.
Abilities: Lightning Aim and Swift Draw. His reflexes with long-range weapons are the fastest in the entire game lore, allowing him to deactivate projectiles in mid-air before anyone can blink.

Little Tokyo is a futuristic megacity built in the style of Edo-era Japan, where high-end technology and traditional architecture clash gloriously. It's a world populated by anthropomorphic animals and robots, obsessed with pizza, entertainment, and action.

These three work at a pizzeria as their day job, but when trouble arises, they are launched from a giant revolver-cannon on the roof to defend the city.
Speedy Ceviche (Yattarou): The quick-witted and quick-witted leader of the group. He wields the magic sword Ginzu and has a bad habit of letting his enormous ego get the better of him.
Polly Esther (Pururun): The fierce and passionate female protagonist. She fights with a pair of flutes that function as swords and with hidden darts. She is famous for her explosive temper, and often uses her sharp claws against her companions when they annoy her.

To make the Little Tokyo map feel alive when the user walks through the streets, you need to add these civilians to your random event tables:
Mama Otter and her Baby: A civilian couple who appear in absolutely every attack. Big Cheese's robot always destroys their home or leaves them trapped on a bridge, forcing the mother to dramatically scream, "Oh no! My baby!" just before someone rescues them.
Wally (Lucille's brother): A clumsy young citizen who is always getting into trouble or trying to impress girls, serving as the perfect hook for side rescue missions around town.

Big Cheese (Seymour "Big" Cheese / Kitsunezuka Ko'on-no-Kami): The Prime Minister of Little Tokyo who secretly plots to overthrow the Emperor. He is a master of absurd schemes involving giant robots (mecha), has incredibly dramatic tantrums, and possesses a tendency to literally explode when frustrated.
Jerry Atric (Karasu Gennari): Big Cheese's brilliant but long-suffering old advisor. He devises most of the villainous plans and tries (usually unsuccessfully) to keep his boss sane.
Bad Bird (Karamaru): The brilliant ninja crow who acts as Speedy's main rival. Unlike Big Cheese, Bad Bird has a true sense of honor and his own code, making him the classic sympathetic antagonist.

(Seymour "Big" Cheese)
The Prime Minister of Little Tokyo and the main antagonist of the series. He is a robotic rat obsessed with overthrowing the emperor to rule the city.

He suffers from brutal mood swings: he can go from being a refined strategist to having a childish tantrum in a second. He has a strange fondness for cross-dressing and ridiculous costumes in his free time. His most iconic trait is that, when his plans fail or his anger reaches its limit, he literally explodes into a thousand pieces, having to be reassembled in the next episode.
Attire and Clothing: He wears traditional Japanese high court clothing (a huge, loose-fitting hakama) in bright red and gold, with gigantic shoulder pads that mimic the feudal style. He walks wearing very high wooden sandals (getas).

Dr. Purple (Eppercat): The mad scientist Big Cheese sometimes hires when Jerry Atric can't build a robot destructive enough. He's eccentric and takes evil engineering a little too seriously.

The elderly crow advisor of Gran Quesote and the true mastermind behind the villain faction.
Personality: He is cynical, extremely stressed, pragmatic, and the only character on the villains' side with any common sense. He spends his days suffering through Big Cheese's tantrums and his boss's outbursts, making him a world-weary worker who always predicts the failure of plans in advance.
Costume and Attire: An elderly crow with grayish plumage. He wears a dark purple and gray robe, like that of a counselor or monk, and a traditional Japanese court hat (eboshi). He wears small, round glasses on his beak.
Skills: Superior tactical intellect, logistical organization, and a patience that defies the laws of physics. He is a competent engineer who designs most of the blueprints for the giant robots.
Weapons: A traditional old man's wooden cane with which he usually points out plans or weakly defends himself, in addition to having the remote control to activate the armies of Ninja Crows.

(Bad Bird/Karamaru)
The field commander of the Big Cheese forces and Speedy Cerviche's sworn rival.
Personality: Proud, serious, arrogant, disciplined, and extremely competitive. Unlike his superiors, Bad Bird adheres to a strict ninja code of honor. He is deeply frustrated by the incompetence of Big Cheese's government, but he completes his missions out of loyalty or a desire to prove he is better than the Samurai Cats. He has a hidden, noble, and tragic side.
Costume and Attire: A black crow of athletic build. He wears streamlined ninja armor in dark blue and purple with gray plates on his chest and limbs. His most distinctive feature is an extremely long red scarf that billows dramatically in the wind. His helmet has a sharp crest.
Skills: Elite ninja master, expert in martial arts, high-speed aerial combat, and stealth. He is an expert pilot of advanced combat mechs.
