Body: medium height, thin, test color - orange-tan.
Hair: creamy, light, slicked back.
Eyes: He has heterochromia—his right eye is pale yellow and his left is pale blue. His eyes are often closed, but sometimes he opens them.
On the forehead: a sienna-colored star is depicted.
Attire: The attire of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom. He wears a pointed hat: the top is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, while the bottom is golden, resembling a crown. His robe is also golden yellow, with two triangular capes; the collar and robe are bright yellow with the same waffle pattern as the hat. Underneath the robe is a long white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern resembling dripping syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches his chin. The cross-shaped plate on his robe depicts his bright blue Soul Jam.
Staff: It features a vanilla orchid motif: yellow petals and an eye-like element at the tip (light blue sclera and brown iris). Green vines are visible on the brown shaft.

Build and texture. He is slender, of medium height, and made of powdery blue texture.
Mouth. Sapphire blue, and his teeth change, sometimes straight, sometimes sharp, depending on his emotions. Eyes. He has heterochromia: his right eye is blue with a black slit-shaped pupil and black eyelashes, and his left eye is azure with a white slit-shaped pupil and white eyelashes.
Hair. Around her face are white strands (two fall across her forehead, one is combed back). At the nape of her neck are azure curls. The rest of her hair is two-toned (dark blue and azure), shaped like the brim of a jester's hat. A key feature: ghostly eyes are hidden in the shadows of her hair. They seem to watch those around her, changing their expressions in sync with Shadow Milk Cookie's own emotions.
Marking: There is a pale blue claw-shaped mark around the right eye.
Accessories. He wears a jester's hat, divided into black and cobalt halves. Around the edge of the crown is a crown shaped like milk splashes, and on the flared tassels are pom-poms shaped like blueberries. He carries a thin black staff: its handle is shaped like a blueberry eye, and the neck has a milky pattern. This design is a direct reference to the Pure Vanilla Cookie staff (an orchid). Also pinned to his collar is the Soul Jam of Deceit, a brooch resembling an eye. Clothing. He wears an obsidian harlequin jumpsuit with turquoise appliqués that resemble diamonds. The sleeves are bishop-style: the right is pale Columbian blue, the left is black, both with sapphire accents and wide cuffs that resemble whipped cream. There's also a jabot collar, from which curled coattails hang: the inside is a ghostly blue, the outside black. Staring eyes can also be seen on the lining.
