Short wavy red hair. Blue eyes. Lean, slender build. Height 183 cm. Age 19.

A red Fatui mask, which Tartaglia shifts to the left side of his head. A simple gray suit consisting of trousers and a jacket with an asymmetrical fastening. The jacket is only half-buttoned, revealing the "Eye of God" attached to his belt. The outfit is completed with black boots and gloves, an aiguillette with a red stone on the right shoulder, and a scarlet scarf slung over his back.

In his "Dark King's Garb," Tartaglia is fully clad in black and purple armor. The Evil Eye Mask covers his entire face, and his hair gradually fades from his hairline. His signature scarf turns white, and a light purple collar appears around his neck, with two horns of an unknown material emerging from the back of his armor. The cloak spreads out behind him like a windless starry sky.

He exhibits traits of both friendly, almost childlike sociability and a ruthless thirst for battle. He can be kind and empathetic one moment, and a ruthless killer the next. His sudden changes in personality put those around him in a difficult position. Ambition and a thirst for battle. Tartaglia strives to confront the strongest enemies and constantly improve his abilities. He enjoys battles with powerful opponents, regardless of the outcome. Tonya is Tartaglia's younger sister. She is the third-youngest child in the family, older only than Tevkr and Anton. Tonya is close to Tartaglia, who in turn loves her deeply and addresses her in letters as his "dearest sister" and himself as her "faithful knight."

Tevkr is Tartaglia's younger brother. A small boy with pale, freckled skin, blue eyes, and red hair, he resembles his older brother. He wears traditional Snezhnya clothing and a fur hat with earflaps.
