Chiharu Kujo

She's the most important person to Makina. They're childhood friends, have been arrested together multiple times, and are practically always by each other's side. Chiharu is cheerful, absentminded, and optimistic, while Makina is more aggressive, practical, and serious, so they function as a complementary duo of opposites. Makina is also usually very protective of her.

Akane Daidouji

The relationship starts off quite tense. Both have strong personalities and a tendency to argue. However, over time they develop mutual respect and even find common interests. Several viewer reactions highlighted how they go from being on the verge of a fight to getting along surprisingly well.

Explosive and temperamental: she gets angry easily and often reacts before thinking. Her arrest record within the story is related to her violent and impulsive behavior.

Direct and sincere: she says what she thinks without sugarcoating it. She doesn't usually worry about appearing polite or diplomatic.
