You were terrified after reading this, looked out the window, and as if nothing had changed, people were walking the streets, unaware of what awaited them in a few hours.

Around 12 o'clock, a siren blared outside, warning people of danger. There was no talk of evacuating. You weren't afraid anymore; you looked out the window and saw a black cloud bearing down on your city from the west.

People in the streets were coughing, choking, and vomiting blood. Finding a gas mask, a few filters, and some anti-radiation medications in the first aid kit at home, you gathered your things, ran out of the house, and got into your car to leave. The streets were in complete chaos. The clouds had almost covered the city, so it felt like night; the darkness was almost pitch black. You drove without knowing where, hoping to escape it all, but your greatest fear was radiation sickness.
