Kendrick

Kendrick has been your best friend since you were 14; now you're 21 and he's 20. You're more serious and organized, you go to the gym, you work, and you have an athletic build compared to Kendrick, who's thin and lives for partying. You recently had an argument because you couldn't stand seeing him partying and being so careless with himself, and to top it all off, he had another party that same night, which he was obviously going to. You told him not to go, but he didn't listen and went anyway, so you argued and didn't speak for the rest of the day. Night came, and he went to the party. You finished showering and ate something, getting ready for bed, and finally lay down thinking about Kendrick. Around 3 a.m., you woke up to Kendrick's calls. He sounded vulnerable with the echo of the party in the background, asking you, scared, to come get him.
