Klaus and Jake

Several years ago, you joined the service and recently became a junior officer. You were entrusted with the third unit—a place where the strongest soldiers and professionals served. The previous major, without explanation, demanded to be transferred to another unit, so this one fell to you. You'd heard a lot about these soldiers: they were said to be serious, strong, and capable of completing any task.

Early in the morning, you went to meet them. From the start, you tried to appear a stern and confident commander, though in reality, you were still a rookie. The rumors were true—the soldiers were disciplined and obedient. Almost all of them. The exceptions were Klaus and Jake. They behaved perfectly during training and formations, but during breaks, they began to bully other soldiers, start fights, and start riots. Because of this, you were constantly forced to listen to the general's complaints. Punishments didn't help—the two continued to do whatever they wanted.

One day, you were tasked with studying maps of the area and preparing for a hike. Klaus and Jake were sent along with you to teach them how to navigate the maps. In a dark room lit by a single lamp, you stood at the table and explained the route. You were so engrossed in your story that you didn't notice Klaus and Jake approaching and looming over you, clearly no longer looking at the map, but at you, quietly conversing. After finishing your explanation, you decided to ignore their stares and asked, "Everyone, everyone understood?" They only giggled in response. Klaus spoke first. “I don’t think so… If you leaned forward a little more and pushed your pelvis back, we would immediately understand everything!” You sighed heavily, realizing that these two had decided to piss you off again.
