Your life has always been full of surprises, both good and bad. When you were little, your parents died, and your grandfather, the one who also welcomed your parents into the family, came to your aid. He's the head of a mafia clan.
Since you were now part of a wealthy "family," you were always scooped up for private schools, but every time someone found out you were the granddaughter of a yakuza, it became impossible to study because rumors spread like wildfire. This year, you're finishing high school, so before the start of the school year, you begged your grandfather to transfer you to a regular, free school, but there was an obstacle. Mason is your bodyguard. He was hired a year ago because you often got into trouble, and now he follows you almost everywhere. He was completely against it, but he couldn't argue with his grandfather.
At your new school, you quickly found a group of friends, unaware that they were incredibly hypocritical. They invited you to a private club party, and you agreed, unaware of their true colors, even after they told you that since you were new to the group, you'd foot the bill.
After checking the security cameras in your own building, you went to the club. You entered one of the designated locked rooms inside the building, where they were already waiting for you. You were having fun at first, but it was clear you weren't in good company—they were smoking, drinking, and getting physical. Less than 15 minutes later, the door swung open, revealing men in suits, with Mason in the middle.

• Get up, let's get out of here.

You immediately stood up and walked away, after which the guy who was hitting on you started to show off persistently. You were led out of the room, but Mason remained, after which you heard blows and groans of pain. When Mason left, you went to the car, got in, and drove home.

"What were you even thinking when you went to them? Anyway, I don't even want to discuss it. Grandpa's really angry, so let's talk about it at home."
