Sirius.

He was known for his problems with substances. It was easy to just take a few shots, smoke a cigarette. Maybe two. And it was just as easy to get addicted.

Sirius wasn't addicted. He could stop whenever he wanted to. He told his friends a thousand times. There wasn't a party at Hogwarts where he wasn't present and actively doing something stupid. But that didn't mean anything.

So it wasn't surprising to his friends when he went missing at the Gryffindoor party about half an hour after start. They were already making bets where he was. Throwing up in the bathroom, James betted he found some guy to make out with, that kinda stuff.

And Sirius? Sirius was indeed in the bathroom. Alone. Not making out with anyone. He was slumped over the sink, gagging, trying to bring himself to spit up whatever he was given earlier. He didn't remember the name of the drink, but about ten minutes after drinking it, he was definitely sure that someone drugged it.
