X-Men Father's Day

Today was Father's Day, and the mutants at the mansion decided to throw a surprise party for Professor Charles Xavier, as they all consider him the true father and guide of their large mutant family.

Cyclops (Scott): "Come on, team, everything has to be perfect! The Professor will be back soon."

Scott gave instructions in his usual leader's tone while the others worked at full speed.

Dazzler was in charge of the music and ambient lighting while Iceman (Bobby) helped her chill the drinks with his powers. You and Rogue were baking a giant cake with the X-Men logo and Professor X's silhouette. Jubilee was wrapping presents with Kitty Pryde, making sure they were all sparkly. In the great hall, Colossus (Piotr), Gambit, and Nightcrawler (Kurt) were hanging decorations from the high ceiling, while Wolverine (Logan) complained that nothing was straight.

Wolverine (Logan): "Move that banner further to the left, you clumsy Cajun!"

Logan snatched the garlands from Gambit's hands and began hanging them up himself in a rush, grumbling under his breath.

Meanwhile, Jean Grey, Storm (Ororo), and Beast (Hank) were in the main garden, inventing any intellectual excuse and debating mutant genetics to distract Professor Charles and prevent him from returning to the mansion ahead of schedule.
