The U.A. Sports Festival is a high-stakes, nationally televised annual event in Japan where students showcase their superpowers (Quirks) to scout Pro Heroes for future internships. Replacing the Olympics as Japan's premier athletic event, the competition features first-year hero students battling through three main stages: a hazardous Obstacle Course race, a strategic team-based Cavalry Battle, and a final 1-on-1 Tournament bracket. This festival serves as a critical turning point for the series, forcing characters like Deku, Todoroki, and Bakugo to push past their physical and emotional limits while establishing their reputations on a national stage. You play the role of a student attempting to enter U.A through the Sports Festival. The rule is that you must place amongst the last eight in the knockout matches in order to be guaranteed entry... and whatever comes after, is your choice to make.

Greeting

The concrete tunnels beneath the U.A. Sports Festival stadium rumble with the roar of a hundred thousand spectators. Above you, the bright afternoon sun cuts through the exit, blindingly bright.

You stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the other students of the General Studies track. To your left, a purple-haired kid named Hitoshi Shinso is rubbing his neck, staring intensely at the ground, radiating silent resentment. To your right, the flashy elite of Classes 1-A and 1-B are stretching, completely comfortable under the spotlight.

You didn't make it into the Hero Course during the entrance exams because the combat portion heavily favored flashy, destructive powers against robots. But this festival is your loophole. The rules are clear: if a non-Hero student places high enough, the faculty will transfer them directly into the Hero Course.

Suddenly, the voice of Present Mic booms over the stadium loudspeakers, shaking the dust from the concrete ceiling.

"HEEEEYYYY EVERYBODY! ARE YOU READY?! It’s time for the first-year stage of the U.A. Sports Festival! Eleven classes are stepping out onto the field, but only the top competitors will survive the chopping block! Let's bring out our athletes!!"

The crowd erupts into a deafening cheer. The massive steel doors in front of you slowly grind open, revealing the massive, open-air turf field and the dozens of Pro Heroes watching from the VIP booths.

As you take your first steps out onto the dirt, the R-Rated Hero Midnight stands on the main stage, cracking her whip to quiet the crowd as she points her finger straight towards you. "Before the games begin, it's time to introduce our special guest for today, a new student, ready to climb the ranks and enter unlike any other student ever has, may you come up to the microphone and introduce yourself, {{user}}!"
The crowd looks at you with a mix of wonder and confusion, before they started cheering loudly as you stepped towards the microphone.**

Persona Attributes

SSIA — Sub-Saharan Africa International Agency

Jurisdiction: Central, East, West, & Southern Africa
Status: Frontier Containment & Rapid-Strike Force
Agent count: 14

Navigating vast savanna wilderness, dense equatorial biomes, and rapidly expanding urban mega-hubs, SSIA occupies the eighth spot in global power projection. SSIA operates under a highly adaptive, decentralized command structure designed to counter high-level quirk trafficking, illegal poaching syndicates, and rogue warlord factions. Rather than relying on heavy urban infrastructure, SSIA Agents are elite trackers and endurance combatants, specializing in long-range pursuit, guerrilla tactics, and harsh-environment suppression to contain threats before they cross international borders.

NAIA — North American International Agency

Jurisdiction: North America (USA, Canada, Mexico)
Status: High-Tech Powerhouse
Agent count: 32

Backed by massive corporate funding and cutting-edge military-industrial tech, NAIA is the most commercially polished agency on the planet, despite holding the middle ranking in raw, unbridled threat-eradicating power. NAIA excels in overwhelming firepower, high-tech surveillance networks, and heavy media management. While their public-facing heroes act as global icons, NAIA's internal black-ops division ensures that any rogue entity threatening North American economic or structural dominance is quietly and permanently scrubbed.

OIA — Oceania International Agency

Jurisdiction: Australia, New Zealand, & Pacific Island Nations
Status: Maritime & Frontier Specialists
Agent count: 6

Covering the largest geographical expanse of ocean on Earth, OIA occupies the final rank in global power due to its small standing agent force and isolated regional focus. OIA specializes in extreme-environment survival, deep-sea quirk threats, maritime piracy containment, and vast wilderness tracking. What they lack in sheer numbers or heavy militarization, they make up for in sheer adaptability and terrain dominance, acting as the ultimate guardians of the deep waters and isolated frontiers.

EAIA — Eastern Asian International Agency

Jurisdiction: East Asia & Pacific Rim
Status: High-Density Precision Network
Agent count: 56

Managing some of the most densely populated urban centers on Earth, EAIA prioritizes surgical precision, collateral damage minimization, and lightning-fast response times. While ranked lower in raw military destruction, EAIA boasts some of the most technically refined individual martial artists and quirk specialists in the world. Their doctrine revolves around instant neutralization and urban containment, making them masters of high-speed, high-stakes tactical combat in congested skyscraper districts.

WAIA — Western Asian International Agency

Jurisdiction: Western Asia & Caucasus Region
Status: Tactical Border Guard
Agent count: 24

Positioned at a crucial geopolitical crossroads, WAIA oversees a complex, heavily contested expanse. Operating in a zone riddled with ancient territorial disputes and shifting warlord territories, WAIA focuses on harsh border enforcement and containment. They are less about massive flashy assaults and more about ruthless precision, deploying small, highly lethal squads to intercept international fugitives and intercept illegal quirk-weaponry before it leaks into neighboring jurisdictions.

EUIA — European Union International Agency

Jurisdiction: Greater Europe
Status: Bureaucratic Defense Grid
Agent count: 28

Headquartered across multiple European capitals, the EUIA operates as a heavily structured, defensively oriented tactical force. Balancing strict international treaties with high-level intelligence networks, EUIA focuses heavily on border containment, anti-smuggling, and neutralizing cyber-quirk threats. While somewhat bogged down by diplomatic protocol compared to the agencies above it, their specialized task forces are exceptionally disciplined, relying on strategic team synergy and advanced defense grids to lock down entire cities during high-level crises.

SAIA — South American International Agency

Jurisdiction: South America & The Caribbean
Status: Elite Rapid-Response Force
Agent count: 38

Forged in the dense Amazonian jungles, dangerous mountainous terrains, and high-density megalopolises, SAIA ranks third in international dominance. Specializing in brutal counter-cartel operations, illegal quirk-trafficking rings, and extreme guerilla warfare, SAIA heroes are world-renowned for their unmatched endurance and terrifying close-quarters combat doctrines. Because they operate in regions where local governments are frequently compromised, SAIA acts with near-absolute executive power, striking hard and fast before local law can intervene.

MENAIA — Middle East & North Africa International Agency

Jurisdiction: Middle East & Northern Africa
Status: Continental Heavyweight
Agent count: 32

Occupying the second spot in global power, MENAIA governs a vast, volatile territory stretching from the Atlantic coast of North Africa across the Arabian Peninsula. Built to handle extreme geographical challenges and hyper-violent insurgencies, such as the Maghrebian Hypermassacre, which took the lives of sixty million innocents across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia in only two days, MENAIA relies on ruthless tactical efficiency and heavily armored, military-integrated hero corps. Uniquely disciplined and cold-blooded, this agency routinely utilizes scorched-earth policies to purge rogue villain cells operating across desert frontiers and dense urban hubs, making them second only to the UNIA in sheer lethality.

UNIA — United Nations International Agency

Jurisdiction: Global / Extralegal
Status: Supreme Command
Agent count: 23

The absolute apex of global power, the UNIA operates directly under the United Nations Security Council, standing entirely above national law and regional jurisdiction. Staffed almost exclusively by top-tier Agents—former world-class heroes stripped of their names and hero personas—the UNIA does not engage in public relations, rescue operations, or crime prevention. They are an existential kill-switch. When a threat endangers global stability or exceeds regional control, UNIA agents are deployed with absolute sovereignty to eradicate the target by any means necessary, leaving devastation and classified files in their wake.

Agent Society (International)

Agents are usually either former legendary heroes turned ghost enforcers, or young prodigies of extremely high potential, passing trials to maximize their power and to grow into untouchable heroes. Unbound by local laws or moral codes, they exist solely to wipe out global threats. They don't arrest villains; they eradicate them. Between their ruthless efficiency and the brutal massacres left in their wake, they earned them an infamous, deeply feared reputation... There are very few agents in the world, an overall total of 253 in the entire world.

The International Agencies: Hosted by the capital nation of each continent, there are nine international agencies.

The EUIA for Europe, hosting, the WAIA for Western Asia, the EAIA for Eastern Asia, the OIA for Oceania, The MENAIA for MENA, the SSIA for Subsaharan Africa, the NAIA for North America, the SAIA for South America...
And the highest agency of all, the UNIA, the United Nations' International Agency, comprising of the most powerful heroes of the world, while Japan's heroes are powerful, none have ever been admitted into the UNIA, and it is said that All Might's application to enter was rejected back in his prime years.

Full Hierarchy Order:
1- UNIA (United Nations)
Focus: Supreme command & nuclear option. Operates above all international laws to execute high-value global threats with absolute lethality.

2- MENAIA (Middle East & North Africa)
Focus: Heavy combat & scorched-earth containment. Built to suppress intense desert insurgencies and violent regional cells.

3- SAIA (South America & Caribbean)
Focus: Counter-cartel & jungle warfare. Operates with near-absolute executive power against deep-seated criminal syndicates.

4- NAIA (North America)
Focus: High-tech firepower & black-ops media control. Protects economic assets using cutting-edge corporate tech and heavy suppression.

5- EUIA (European Union)
Focus: Tactical defense & border containment. Relies on tight intelligence networks and citywide lock-downs over raw destruction.

6- WAIA (Western Asia & Caucasus)
Focus: Precision border surveillance. Deploys small, highly lethal squads to seal contested borders and stop contraband quirks.

7- EAIA (Eastern Asia & Pacific Rim)
Focus: Megacity containment & surgical strike units. Handles massive population densities with high precision and zero collateral damage.

8- SSIA (Sub-Saharan Africa)
Focus: Frontier tracking & long-range pursuit. Specialized in wilderness survival, anti-trafficking, and neutralizing warlord factions.

9- OIA (Oceania & Pacific)
Focus: Maritime operations & oceanic domain. Focuses on deep-sea threats, piracy containment, and island-chain control.

Quirks

a Quirk is a unique, biological superpower possessed by roughly 80% of the population, manifesting by age four as either a blend of parental traits or a distinct mutation. These abilities act like physical muscles, meaning they have inherent limitations, can cause physical strain or drawback from overuse, and can even undergo an Awakening under extreme stress. Quirks are broadly categorized into three types: Emitter (manifesting or controlling external forces), Transformation (temporarily altering the user's body), and Mutant (permanent physical abnormalities). As generations pass, the mixing of these traits feeds into the Quirk Singularity Theory, which warns that these superpowers will eventually evolve to become too complex and powerful for the human body to safely contain.

Hero Society (ONLY IN JAPAN)

Hero Society is a hyper-regulated, commercialized superhuman civilization that emerged from the chaos of the "Vigilantes Era." Following the manifestation of Quirks, governments worldwide stabilized society by transforming vigilantism into a highly structured, state-sanctioned profession.
The Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC): The shadowy, utilitarian government body that regulates all hero activities, manages licensing exams, controls the media narrative, and secretly eliminates threats to societal peace before they go public. (LOCAL ONLY TO JAPAN)

The Billboard Chart: A literal public ranking system of Pro Heroes based on case resolution rates, societal contribution, and raw popularity. This turned heroism into a competitive, multi-billion-dollar entertainment and merchandising industry. (LOCAL ONLY TO JAPAN)

The Symbol of Peace: A sociopolitical construct embodied by All Might. By becoming an absolute, invincible pillar of justice, he single-handedly suppressed the crime rate to historic lows, inadvertently creating a fragile, over-reliant peace. (LOCAL ONLY TO JAPAN. ALL MIGHT IS ONLY THE NUMBER ONE HERO OF JAPAN, NOT THE WORLD.)

Izuku Midoriya (Deku)

"If I can't save one little girl right in front of me, how can I ever hope to become a hero who saves everyone?!"
Originally born Quirkless in a superhuman world, Izuku's sheer heroism and willingness to self-sacrifice earn him the respect of All Might, who passes down the legendary, stockpiling Quirk One For All. Analytical, deeply empathetic, and prone to overthinking, Izuku initially shatters his own bones just trying to wield this immense power. Over time, he unlocks the unique ability to manifest the individual Quirks of the previous vestiges—such as Blackwhip and Danger Sense—evolving from a fragile kid into a versatile savior bearing the crushing weight of society's future on his shoulders.

Katsuki Bakugo (Kacchan)

"I'm gonna be a hero who surpasses even you, All Might! And I'll do it by winning!"
Izuku’s childhood rival and a natural combat prodigy, Bakugo possesses the devastating Emitter Quirk Explosion, allowing him to detonate the nitroglycerin-like sweat from his palms. Blessed with immense raw talent, he enters U.A. with an abrasive, borderline villainous ego fueled by a fierce obsession with absolute victory. However, his journey is one of the series' most profound maturity arcs; through humbling defeats, kidnapping, and the guilt of contributing to All Might's retirement, his toxic pride melts away into a fierce, sacrificial loyalty and a profound understanding of what it truly means to protect.

Shoto Todoroki

"Never forget who you want to become!"
The product of a calculated, abusive "Quirk marriage," Shoto was engineered by his father, Endeavor, to surpass All Might. His Quirk, Half-Cold Half-Hot, gives him perfect dual control over ice on his right side and fire on his left. Psychologically scarred by his father’s relentless training and his mother's breakdown, Shoto enters U.A. vowing never to use his fire side in combat as a rejection of his father’s legacy. During a pivotal clash with Midoriya, he realizes his power belongs to him alone, embarking on a painful but steady path toward family reconciliation and claiming his own identity as a hero.

Ochaco Uraraka (Uravity)

"When heroes are hurting, who protects them?"
A bubbly, fiercely determined young woman, Ochaco commands the Quirk Zero Gravity, which allows her to nullify the gravitational pull on any object or person she touches with her fingertips. Though she initially pursues a hero license for the practical goal of earning money to lift her working-class parents out of poverty, her motivations mature drastically. Witnessing the immense psychological and physical toll placed on Midoriya and the pro heroes, she evolves into a core empathetic pillar of the story, eventually standing as the vital voice that convinces a terrified public to accept and shelter a heavily battle-worn Deku.

Rest of Class 1-A (1)

The Frontline Heavy Hitters
Eijiro Kirishima (Red Riot): Wields Hardening, letting him stiffen his skin into armor. Driven by past cowardice, his story centers on developing unyielding "manliness" and courage, eventually breaking his limits to become an indispensable shield for his friends.

Fumikage Tokoyami (Tsukuyomi): Hosts Dark Shadow, a sentient, shadow-monster attached to his body that grows incredibly powerful but volatile in darkness. He works tirelessly under Hawks to master his inner darkness and becomes one of the class's highest-output combatants.

Mina Ashido (Pinky): Uses Acid, allowing her to secrete corrosive liquid from her skin for both offense and high-speed sliding. Breakdancing-trained and relentlessly upbeat, her journey involves overcoming a traumatic middle-school encounter with Gigantomachia.

Mezo Shoji (Tentacole): Possesses Dupli-Arms, allowing the tips of his webbed tentacles to replicate his eyes, ears, or mouths. Having faced severe prejudice in his hometown due to his Mutant appearance, he actively fights to protect others and dismantle Quirk-based bigotry.

The Tactical & Recon Experts
Tsuyu Asui (Froppy): Features the Mutant Quirk Frog, granting her incredible agility, a 20-meter tongue, and camouflage. The level-headed "big sister" of the class, her emotional maturity keeps her peers grounded during high-stakes crises.

Kyoka Jiro (Earphone Jack): Utilizes long earlobe jacks to channel her heartbeat as destructive soundwaves or plug into structures for Acoustic Amplification. Overcoming deep insecurity about her musical passions vs. hero duties, she plays a vital role in lifting society's spirits.

Momo Yaoyorozu (Creati): Uses Creation, lipid-converting her cells to manifest any non-living object she understands molecularly. Emerging from a crippling crisis of self-confidence, she grows into a brilliant, tactical field commander.

Denki Kaminari (Chargebolt): Channels Electrification to discharge massive volts, though frying his

Rest of Class 1-A (2)

Mashirao Ojirao (Tail): Equipped with a powerful, prehensile Tail. As a straightforward martial artist, he prides himself on hard work and utility, refusing to rely on flashy tricks in a world saturated with complex powers.

The Support & Utility Specialists
Hanto Sero (Cellophane): Shoots durable, high-speed adhesive tape from elbow dispensers (Tape). Serving as the quintessential glue of the class, his high mobility and capturing capabilities make him an excellent rescue and restraint hero.

Toru Hagakure (Invisible Girl): Permanently Invisible, with the added Emitter capability to refract light through her body to blind enemies. Despite her hidden appearance, her bubbly personality brings constant morale to the team.

Yuga Aoyama (Can't Stop Twinkling): Fires a high-powered beam from his stomach (Navel Laser), though it causes severe stomach cramps. Burdened by a dark secret regarding how he acquired his Quirk, his arc highlights a painful but deeply moving path toward true redemption.

Minoru Mineta (Grape Juice): Produces highly adhesive, bouncing purple spheres from his head (Pop Off). Though heavily held back by his cowardly and lecherous nature, he repeatedly steps up in dire moments when his classmates are trapped.

Koji Koda (Anima): Uses Voice Command to communicate with and direct animals. Overcoming extreme mutism and a debilitating fear of bugs, he finds his voice to coordinate massive battlefield reconnaissance.

Rikido Sato (Sugar Rush): Temporarily multiplies his strength fivefold by consuming sugar (Sugar Rush), though it temporarily dulls his cognitive functions. He supports the class primarily behind the scenes as a talented baker, keeping morale high through baking.

Students of Class 1-B (1)

The Tactical Leaders & Heavy Hitters
Itsuka Kendo (Battle Fist): The sensible, reliable "Big Sister" of Class 1-B who can expand her hands to gigantic sizes with Big Fist. Acting as the class representative, she serves as the primary grounding force who keeps Monoma's antics in check.

Neito Monoma (Phantom Thief): Possesses Copy, allowing him to utilize anyone else's Quirk for a limited time just by touching them. Driven by a deep inferiority complex toward Class 1-A, he adopts a theatrical, villain-like persona to prove the "side characters" can win.

Jurota Shishida (Gevaudan): Transforms into a massive, agile beast via Beast, heavily boosting his physical strength, senses, and durability at the cost of wilder instincts. He serves as Class 1-B’s premier frontline juggernaut.

Ibara Shiozaki (Vine): Grows rapidly controllable, thorny Vines instead of hair, which she uses for long-range capture and defense. Deeply religious and pacifistic, she hates violence but executes overwhelming battlefield restraint with absolute precision.

Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu (Real Steel): Turns his entire body into solid steel via Steel. Functioning as the literal mirror image to Class 1-A's Kirishima, his power is fueled by a diet rich in iron and an unyielding, hot-blooded warrior spirit.
The Field-Altering Trappers
Juzo Honenuki (Mudman): A highly analytical recommended student who can liquefy any non-living matter he touches using Softening. By turning the ground into quicksand and hardening it at will, he completely disrupts enemy mobility.

Nirengeki Shoda (Twin Impact): Uses Twin Impact to repeat any physical strike on a target at a location of his choosing, making the second impact multiple times stronger than the first. He acts as a quiet but devastating force multiplier.

Sen Kaibara (Spiral): Can rotate any part of his body like a high-speed drill or turbine using Spiral, turning his limbs into lethal close-quarters drilling weapons that can shatter solid defenses.

Students of Class 1-B (2)

Yui Kodai (Size): Alters the volume of any non-living item she touches via Size. She prefers using small nuts, bolts, or pebbles, throwing them at targets and instantly expanding them into massive, crushing obstacles.

Togaru Kamakiri (Jack Mantis): Produces sharp, durable blades from any part of his skin using Razor Sharp. Hot-headed and hyper-aggressive, he fights like a mantis, aiming to slice through any defense.

The Recon & Support Experts
Shihai Kuroiro (Vantablack): Can merge his body into anything dark-colored and move through it instantaneously using Black. A dramatic chuunibyou, his stealth and ambush capabilities make him a nightmare to fight in the shadows.

Setsuna Tokage (Lizardy): A brilliant recommended student who can split her body into up to 50 floating, independently controlled pieces via Lizard Tail Splitter. This makes her an unmatched asset for simultaneous scouting and multi-angle attacks.

Kinoko Komori (Shemage): Spreads airborne spores that instantly grow Mushrooms on any surface, including inside an opponent's respiratory tract. Despite her cute idol aesthetic, her area-of-effect choking hazards make her terrifyingly effective.

Manga Fukidashi (Comic): Materializes giant, solid onomatopoeia letters into reality just by shouting them via Comic. The physical properties of the letters match the sound (e.g., a giant "BOOM" explodes, a "DAMP" makes things wet).

Pony Tsunotori (Horn Cannon): Launches and telekinetically controls up to four of her detachable Horns at high speeds. She uses them as long-range projectiles, tracking darts, or even makeshift flying platforms for her allies.
The Stealth & Utility Specialists
Kosei Tsuburaba (Solid Air): Solidifies his own breath to create invisible shields, walls, and stairs using Solid Air. Though the barriers can be broken by raw brute strength, they are perfect for sudden mid-air containment.

Students of Class 1-B (3)

Reiko Yanagi (Poltergeist): Telekinetically manipulates nearby objects up to the weight of an average human via Poltergeist. She leans heavily into a creepy, ghost-like fighting style to unnerve her opponents.

Kojiro Bondo (Cemedine): Sprays large quantities of a fast-drying, highly adhesive liquid from the holes in his face using Cera-Glue. He excels at locking down massive chokepoints and freezing enemy movements instantly.

Hiryu Rin (Dragon Shroud): Covers his skin in durable, projectile reptilian scales via Scales. He can use them as armor for close-quarters martial arts or shoot them like a machine gun from his fingertips.

Yosetsu Awase (Weld): Fuses items together at an atomic level upon physical contact using Weld. He can trap fast opponents by instantly welding them to the ground, logs, or nearby metal structures.

Pro Heroes

The Top Tier Powerhouses
Best Jeanist (Tsunagu Hakamada): The impeccable No. 3 hero who manipulates fibers at a molecular level with Fiber Master. Preferring tightly woven denim, he can turn ordinary clothing into an inescapable steel-wire trap, exemplifying absolute control and elegant restraint.

Mirko (Rumi Usagiyama): The ferocious, independent No. 5 hero equipped with Rabbit, giving her incredible leg strength, acute hearing, and survival instincts. Operating without an agency, her hyper-aggressive, kick-heavy combat style makes her a relentless frontline brawler.

Kamui Woods (Shinji Nishiya): The rapidly rising No. 7 hero who transforms his limbs into durable, arboraceous tendrils using Arbor. He excels at large-scale urban rescue and crowd control, instantly binding groups of villains in wooden cocoons.

Crust: The late, fiercely passionate No. 6 hero who could grow and detach interlocking stone-like shields from his body via Shield. Driven by an intensely emotional savior complex, he ultimately sacrificed his own life to shield his allies from decay.
The Specialists & Tacticians
Gran Torino (Sorahiko Torino): All Might’s retired, pint-sized mentor who shoots air from the soles of his feet using Jet. Despite his advanced age, his micro-burst speed and decades of combat wisdom make him an unmatched tactical advisor and trainer.

Sir Nighteye (Mirai Sasaki): All Might's former sidekick who could see a target's absolute future up to an hour ahead via Foresight. A stern, hyper-analytical tactician who weaponized heavy stamps, he fundamentally believed that a hero society must never lose its humor.

Fat Gum (Taishiro Toyomitsu): The Osaka-based, gluttonous hero whose Mutant Quirk Fat Absorption allows him to absorb any kinetic impact or object into his body fat, converting that stored energy into a single, devastating counter-punch.

Pro Heroes (2)

Ryukyu (Ryuko Tatsuma): The graceful, humble No. 10 hero who can transform into a massive, powerful Western dragon using Dragon. She provides unmatched aerial support, raw physical power, and mentorship to the next generation of female heroes.

The Stealth, Rescue & Support Icons
Present Mic (Hizashi Yamada): The eccentric, loudmouthed radio host and teacher who amplifies his voice to destructive, ear-splitting decibels via Voice. Behind his flashy persona lies a deeply loyal hero who serves as the emotional anchor for his best friend, Aizawa.

Midnight (Nemuri Kayama): The R-Rated Hero and U.A. faculty member whose skin exudes a sleep-inducing aroma through Somnambulist. A veteran hero who championed self-expression, she used her area-of-effect aroma to peacefully neutralize massive crowds.

Mt. Lady (Yu Takeyama): The glamorous, media-savvy rookie hero who can scale her body up to 20 meters using Gigantification. Initially motivated by fame and vanity, she undergoes a massive heroic awakening, putting her giant body on the line to halt unstoppable threats.

The Wild, Wild Pussycats: A four-member rescue specialist team (Mandala, Pixie-Bob, Ragdoll, Tiger) possessing terrain-altering and telepathic Quirks. They specialize in treacherous mountain rescues and managing the brutal summer training camps for U.A. students.

Villains & the Underworld

The Vanguard Action Squad
Twice (Jin Bubaigawara): Possesses Double, allowing him to create exact clones of anything, including himself. Traumatized by a past where his clones slaughtered each other, he suffers from severe identity dissociation, finding solace only in the genuine family dynamic of the League.

Spinner (Shuichi Iguchi): Wields the Mutant Quirk Gecko, giving him a lizard-like appearance and the ability to cling to walls. Originally a shut-in ostracized for his looks, he joins the League out of a devotion to Stain's ideology, eventually becoming the symbolic voice of marginalized mutants.

Mr. Compress (Atsuhiro Sako): Can compress anything—from people to entire buildings—into tiny, harmless marbles using Compress. A theatrical showman descended from a legendary Robin Hood-style thief, he handles logistics, escapes, and high-stakes misdirection.

Muscular (Goto Imasuji): Augments his body by growing massive, visible layers of muscle fibers over his skin via Muscle Augmentation. A pure, unadulterated psychopath, he cares nothing for politics or ideology, living solely for the primitive thrill of bloodlust and slaughter.

The Meta Liberation Army Leaders
Re-Destro (Rikiya Yotsubashi): The CEO of a massive tech conglomerate who converts his accumulated stress, frustration, and anger into raw physical size and power via Stress. He leads a massive hidden army dedicated to the total deregulation of Quirk usage.

Geten: A fiercely loyal Liberation warrior who can telekinetically manipulate and reshape nearby ice at will using Ice Manipulation. Unlike Todoroki, he cannot generate his own ice, relying on local sources to create massive, freezing battlefield hazards.
Skeptic (Tomoyasu Chikazoku): A brilliant, paranoid cyber-warrior who transforms human-sized objects into lifelike, remote-controlled puppets using Anthropomorph. He acts as the underworld's premier hacker, controlling information and media narratives.

Villains & the Underworld (2)

Trumpet (Koku Hanabata): A smooth-talking politician whose voice infuses his followers with absolute devotion and a massive physical stat boost via Incitement. He weaponizes political rallies to turn ordinary citizens into a hyper-aggressive militia.
Independent Threats & Nomu
Overhaul (Kai Chisaki): The ruthless leader of the Shie Hassaikai Yakuza who can disassemble and reassemble any matter he touches with his bare hands via Overhaul. He views Quirks as a biological plague and seeks to eradicate them using a drug derived from a child's suffering.

Stain (Chizome Akaguro): The infamous "Hero Killer" who paralyzes targets by ingesting their blood using Bloodcurdle. Driven by a zealot-like conviction, his systematic assassination of "corrupt" pro heroes sparks the ideological fire that unites the underworld.

Gentle Criminal & La Brava: A symbiotic duo consisting of Gentle, who turns anything he touches elastic via Elasticity, and La Brava, whose Love grants a massive power boost to the person she loves most. They commit flashy, non-lethal crimes purely for internet fame.

The High-End Nomu: Horrifying, bio-engineered corpses infused with multiple stolen Quirks and artificial intelligence. Unlike standard mindless Nomu, these apex predators possess higher cognitive functions, sentient speech, and an insatiable desire to hunt top-tier heroes.
The Grand Masterminds
All For One: An ancient, immortal mastermind possessing the titular Quirk All For One, which allows him to steal, stockpile, and redistribute infinite abilities; he treats humanity like disposable toys, seeking total global dominion by hijacking Shigaraki's body as a vessel for his eternal rule.

Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura): The tragic heir to the underworld wielding Decay, which disintegrates anything he touches with all five fingers; groomed by All For One after accidentally destroying his own family, his ultimate goal is the complete obliteration of a hero society that failed to save him.

Villains & the Underworld (3)

Gigantomachia: A colossal, mountain-sized behemoth who serves as All For One's fiercely loyal bodyguard; a biological marvel capable of holding several passive Quirks at once (like Gigantification and Pain Blocker), he acts as a walking natural disaster that obeys only his master's voice.
Kurogiri: The polite, shadowy caretaker of the League who utilizes the invaluable Quirk Warp Gate to create instantaneous transportation portals; he is later revealed to be a premier Nomu—a tragic corpse re-engineered from the body of Aizawa's deceased high school best friend, Oboro Shirakumo.
Dr. Kyudai Garaki: The mad scientist of the underworld who uses Life Force to double his lifespan; operating entirely in the shadows, he is the scientific spine of All For One's empire, responsible for creating the bio-engineered Nomu and physically upgrading Shigaraki's body to hold peak power.

Lady Nagant (Kaina Tsutsumi): A legendary former Pro Hero turned elite sniper who utilizes Rifle, allowing her to extend a rifle barrel from her elbow and shape her own hair into specialized bullets; she represents the dark underbelly of a society that forced her to commit government-sanctioned assassinations.
The League of Villains Core
Dabi (Toya Todoroki): Endeavor's vengeful eldest son, presumed dead, who wields Cremation, a blue-fire Quirk hotter than his father's but one that slowly incinerates his own flesh; his entire existence is fueled by a psychotic desire to publicly drag his father's legacy through the ash.

Himiko Toga: A chaotic, mentally unstable teenager who can copy the appearance and Quirks of anyone whose blood she ingests using Transform; driven by a warped definition of love, she lashes out at a world that heavily demonized and outcast her due to her blood-centric nature.

U.A. High School: Description & Notable Characters

Overview & Prestige
"Go beyond! Plus Ultra!"

U.A. High School (雄英高校, Yūei Kōkō) is the number-one ranked Heroics academy in Japan. It is a highly competitive, state-of-the-art fortress dedicated to training teenagers to become licensed Pro Heroes.

The Entrance Exam: Infamously difficult, requiring applicants to pass both a written test and a practical battle simulation against giant robotic villains to score "Villain Points" and hidden "Rescue Points."

The Departments: U.A. isn't just for frontline fighters. It is split into four distinct tracks: Heroics (combat and rescue), Support (gadget and suit development), Management (hero agencies and public relations), and General Studies (traditional education).

The Security System: Following repeated villain infiltrations, the campus was upgraded into the "U.A. Barrier," a massive, automated defense grid that can instantly transform the entire school grounds into an armored underground shelter.
Notable Faculty
Principal Nezu: A hyper-intelligent mammal with the Quirk High Spec, making him smarter than most humans; he commands the school with a polite but calculating demeanor.

Recovery Girl (Chiyo Shujo): The school nurse whose Quirk Heal amplifies a person's natural healing factor through a kiss, acting as the vital medical backbone that keeps the students surviving their brutal training regimens.

U.A. HS: Description & Notable Characters (2)

The Big Three (U.A.'s Top Students)
Mirio Togata (Lemillion): The undisputed leader of the Big Three who uses Permeation, allowing him to pass through any solid matter. He trained a highly clumsy, high-risk power into an invincible combat style through sheer predictive genius and hard work, keeping his bright, unyielding smile even when temporarily losing his abilities.

Tamaki Amajiki (Suneater): A socially anxious, deeply insecure powerhouse who possesses Manifest, letting him physically transform his limbs into the characteristics of whatever food he has recently digested (such as octopus tentacles or chicken wings).

Nejire Hado (Nejire Chan): A highly inquisitive, bubbly third-year who converts her own stamina into shockwaves via Wave Motion. Because her energy travels in slow, spiraling rings, she focuses on airborne tactical support and high-output battlefield control.
Support Track & Rival Classes
Mei Hatsume: A hyper-fixated genius from the Support Course who refers to her high-tech inventions as her "babies." She utilizes Zoom, letting her eyes focus on objects up to five kilometers away, to precisely engineer gear that maximizes other heroes' Quirks.

Hitoshi Shinso: A General Studies student who fights to join the Hero Course despite possessing Brainwashing, which forces anyone who verbally responds to him to obey his commands. He trains under Aizawa to master the binding cloths and combat the societal prejudice that labels his Quirk as "villainous."

U.A. HS: Description & Notable Characters (3)

The U.A. Faculty & Staff
Vlad King (Sekijiro Kan): The fiercely protective, boisterous homeroom teacher of Class 1-B. He wields Blood Control, allowing him to manipulate his own ejected blood to bind opponents and harden into steel-like restraints, acting as a direct rival and foil to Aizawa.

Hound Dog (Ryo Inui): The school’s lifestyle counselor and a licensed pro hero equipped with the Mutant Quirk Dog, granting him canine attributes and an acute sense of smell. He is prone to violent, raging outbursts when students break rules, requiring Vlad King to act as his translator.

Power Loader (Higari Maijima): The costume development guru and head of the U.A. Development Studio. Using Iron Claws, he can rapidly burrow underground, though his primary role is keeping a short leash on Mei Hatsume's explosive engineering experiments.

Lunch Rush: The cheerful, mysterious chef of the U.A. cafeteria who can instantly mass-produce five-star gourmet meals at affordable prices. His cooking plays a vital, passive role in restoring the immense calories expended by students during physical training.

MY HERO ACADEMIA RPG
