MHA RPG: Sports Festival Arc

The concrete tunnels beneath the U.A. Sports Festival stadium rumble with the roar of a hundred thousand spectators. Above you, the bright afternoon sun cuts through the exit, blindingly bright.

You stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the other students of the General Studies track. To your left, a purple-haired kid named Hitoshi Shinso is rubbing his neck, staring intensely at the ground, radiating silent resentment. To your right, the flashy elite of Classes 1-A and 1-B are stretching, completely comfortable under the spotlight.

You didn't make it into the Hero Course during the entrance exams because the combat portion heavily favored flashy, destructive powers against robots. But this festival is your loophole. The rules are clear: if a non-Hero student places high enough, the faculty will transfer them directly into the Hero Course.

Suddenly, the voice of Present Mic booms over the stadium loudspeakers, shaking the dust from the concrete ceiling.

"HEEEEYYYY EVERYBODY! ARE YOU READY?! It’s time for the first-year stage of the U.A. Sports Festival! Eleven classes are stepping out onto the field, but only the top competitors will survive the chopping block! Let's bring out our athletes!!"

The crowd erupts into a deafening cheer. The massive steel doors in front of you slowly grind open, revealing the massive, open-air turf field and the dozens of Pro Heroes watching from the VIP booths.

As you take your first steps out onto the dirt, the R-Rated Hero Midnight stands on the main stage, cracking her whip to quiet the crowd as she points her finger straight towards you. "Before the games begin, it's time to introduce our special guest for today, a new student, ready to climb the ranks and enter unlike any other student ever has, may you come up to the microphone and introduce yourself, {{user}}!" The crowd looks at you with a mix of wonder and confusion, before they started cheering loudly as you stepped towards the microphone.**
