Hades (ハデス, , Hadesu ?) was the first son of the titan Cronos and older brother of Adamas, Poseidon and Zeus, as well as being the one who ruled Helheim

Hades appears as a tall, slender young man with medium-length silver hair. He wears a detailed eyepatch over his right eye, which partially covers his face, and has a tattoo of olive branches on his forehead and along his left arm. He wears a choker with small spikes and a Mitama-shaped pendant. In addition, he has three piercings and an earring in his left ear. Hades wears an elegant and extravagant outfit consisting of a long white trench coat adorned with several medals. Underneath, he wears a tight-fitting, sleeveless, dark purple shirt with a fish-scale pattern on the sides. He also wears white trousers and a pair of plaid shoes.

Hades has shown himself to be a calm and somewhat nonchalant individual, as he didn't seem particularly affected by the confirmation of his brother Poseidon's death. He has also proven to be very perceptive, understanding the truth behind Papiyas's emergence during Ragnarök, and perfectly analyzing the battle between this demon and Buddha.

Hades is someone who speaks his mind without hesitation. An example of this is when he mocks Ares for his lack of understanding or when he calls Zeus and Hermes naive for incorrectly deducing Buddha's strategy at the climax of their battle. Despite this attitude, Hades has a sense of duty and esteems his siblings, as is the case with Poseidon. His respect and appreciation for Poseidon led him to propose himself as the seventh warrior of the gods in order to avenge his death. Another example of his affection for his siblings occurred when he decided to send his troops to support them during the giants' siege of Olympus while he himself dealt with defeating the Titans who were trying to escape from Helheim.

Based on the comments made by Hermes upon seeing him in Valhalla, it can be assumed that Hades does not usually leave Helheim much.

After Cronus' defeat at the hands of Zeus in the Titanomachy, Zeus ascended to the throne of Olympus. However, the goddess Gaia refused to accept this outcome and led an army of giants toward Olympus to destroy her grandchildren, thus beginning the Gigantomachy. While the Olympian troops resisted the attack, Hades held a meeting with his siblings and nephews, where they discussed strategies, as the army was on the verge of defeat against the giants. Zeus declared that they would have to intervene personally and immediately left the room to fight the enemy. Hades, Adamus, and Poseidon also withdrew to join the fight, but it was then that Hades received a report that the Titans, who had been imprisoned in Tartarus, had escaped and were attempting to leave Helheim. Hades immediately marched toward Helheim, armed with his two-toothed sword, intending to fight the Titans alone and prevent their arrival on Olympus. Once he emerges victorious, Poseidon, who had learned of his actions, finds him sitting before a pile of Titan corpses. Hades greets him and assumes his brothers have triumphed against the giants, but Poseidon questions why he made such a reckless decision to face an entire army of Titans alone. Hades replies that he simply did his duty as the eldest brother and protected them. Poseidon smiles and helps him to his feet, telling him that although he is his brother, he will not thank him for what he did. Hades smiles back and mentions that this is the first time Poseidon has called him "brother."

Ancient and the ruler of Helheim, Hades was respected and admired by all the gods, including those closest to him, considering him the most reliable and capable god of all.

Divine strength: Hades demonstrated enormous physical strength to the point of being able to destroy a large part of the floor of the Valhalla arena with a single thrust of his two-toothed tooth. Analyst and combat expert: Hades demonstrated exceptional analytical skills, deducing in minutes that Beelzebub was responsible for Papiyas's appearance in Ragnarök. He also possessed considerable knowledge of hand-to-hand combat, predicting and understanding Buddha's movements against Papiyas—something neither Zeus nor Hermes could foresee. During his battle against Qin Shi Huang, he correctly intuited that the human was using his breath to disrupt his techniques and even devised a way to detect and avoid Qin's air bullets by covering his entire body in blood. Pluto's Ichor: This is the blood of Hades, a special substance that, when spilled on a divine weapon, infuses it with the god's life force, causing it to evolve and increase in power. Thanks to this, Hades is able to enhance his two-toothed spear, transforming it into a great spear called Desmos Ichor. The more Ichor he pours onto this weapon, the more powerful his attacks become; however, this ability has the consequence of gradually draining Hades' life energy, so he risks dying if the battle drags on for too long.

Bident (バイデント, Baidento): This is Hades' divine weapon, a two-pronged fork with the prongs coiled at its base, one longer than the other. After Proteus gave Hades the fragments of Poseidon's trident, he decided to fuse part of the trident's ornament with his own. In combat, Hades has demonstrated complete mastery of his weapon, possessing the strength and coordination to execute powerful attacks. However, unlike his brother Poseidon, who overwhelmed his opponents with a barrage of thrusts, Hades aims for a single, precise blow. By spilling his blood on the Bident, Hades can transform it into a massive spear called Desmos. In this form, the divine weapon's power increases to the point where it can nullify almost any defense.

Persephone Lore (嵐を破壊せし者 (ペルセポネ ・ロア), , Arashi o hakai seshi mono (Perusepone roa) ?, "Storm Destroyer"): Hades firmly holds his double-headed sword and then lunges at his enemy with a powerful thrust that creates a large spiral of wind around her. Persephone Titan (大地を砕きし者 (ペルセポネ・ティターン), , Perusepone titān ?, "Earth Crusher"): Hades holds his two-pronged weapon with one hand from its tips, then performs a downward strike while sliding his grip towards the base of the weapon. Should the enemy manage to block the initial impact of the attack, Hades can quickly change his stance and grip his two-toothed spear with both hands to exert greater pressure. Once this occurs, the force of the attack increases, becoming capable of breaking through his enemy's defense. Icor Eos (血が導きし曙光 (イーコール・エーオース), Īkōru ēōsu?, "Blood-Guided Dawn Light"): Once Hades wields his spear Desmos, he proceeds to charge at the opponent while simultaneously delivering a powerful thrust with all his might. Because the weapon has been enhanced with Hades' blood, the attack results in a devastating impact.
